Hi...I have a Golden Too!! Ironically, I named him Louie prior to discovering LV handbags. He is the love of my life! I now have 4 Speedy Bags! I just ordered the Petit Neo bag and a preloved Delightful PM. Where did not purchase your Golden retriever purse charm? I don’t see the charm on the US LV website?

I had got my speedy back from repairs and they did not stamp the 30 and the leather has a patina, I had all the outside leather replaced and the difference in strap and bag is ridiculous [emoji19]View attachment 4027676View attachment 4027677View attachment 4027678

Whaaat? How do they have leather with Patina? Why did you get all new leather, this bag is fairly new?

Question for the speedy b 25 owners: I have a hard time fitting my speedy b 25 in the dust bag that it came with. The speedy will fit in the dust bag perfectly if its folded, but it is very tight and hard to put in when the speedy is opened up. Do you have the same issue and have asked for a bigger dust bag from the SA or maybe the dust bag that came with your bag fits the speedy perfectly? I'm wondering if this is normal or if I should ask my SA for a bigger dust bag.

No, my dust bags are all slightly larger than the purse itself. i think you should request one that “fits” —it shouldn’t be that tight.

My Speedy B 25 in DE says Louis Vuitton Paris on the side on the bandouliere leather part on the bag but does not say where it’s made in, like France, USA, etc., is this normal? I am disappointed. I have other LV bags so I know where to look but this just doesn’t say it. I can take a picture and show you but wanted first to know if this does happen? I thought I read something about this months ago? Mine came straight from the Santa Monica, CA Louis Vuitton store 10 mos. ago where I bought it on my bday. Please let me know! Thanks

There should be a red cloth tag at the seam inside the bag indicating it’s made in the U.S. It should say made in USA from imported materials. If it was made in France, it would be on the leather part of the bag

I’m sure you girls can answer this, the golden hardware from 90’s speedys, are they all brass or just coated brass with the possibility of the gold coming off? Looking at pre loved mini speedys and wondering how well the hardware, mainly the rivets will come up if they look black on a photo?

Joining the club again with my Speedy B 35 in DE. I have three classics speedies in 30, 35, and 40 all monogram. This bag is sooooo easy-breezy to use - I’ve had the bandouliere on my wishlist for a while and am so happy to have it in this canvas. The wallet is vintage from 1983 and in such great shape for being so old. Thanks for letting me share!
