I’ve wanted a speedy b since they 1st came out. I remember back then visiting the NYC store and them being out of stock when I was looking for a mono 25. As the years went by I couldn’t decide on which print or got distracted by other bags or there was again no stock. Finally I have my much anticipated speedy b 25 - in DA - made in France which I love only because all my other LV bags are MIF. Now, if it would only stop snowing & actually act like spring!

Congrats! I’m in the USA too & was so happy to get one MIF! It’s totally an emotional psychological thing but everything LV I have is MIF except for some of SLGs that were made in Spain so I’m thrilled!!

The dust bag I received fits my Speedy B 25 fully opened up & stuffed with room to spare.

I had got my speedy back from repairs and they did not stamp the 30 and the leather has a patina, I had all the outside leather replaced and the difference in strap and bag is ridiculous [emoji19]20180323_083121.jpg20180323_083111.jpg20180322_123127.jpg

Congratulations!! It is just beautiful! I've also been wanting one since 7th grade:) But never ended up with one.
I'm thinking about getting the mono, but was concerned because my SA said that all the Speedys are made in California now. When I try to call other stores I just get the main customer call center. Have you heard this? Thanks:)

Someone just posted they got a MIF DE @ the store & I ordered mine online so there are some Speedy bags trickling in that are MIF.

I have tried to call a couple of stores before & just got the main line too. Good luck! I hope you find your speedy mono! That’s originally what I lusted after but literally every other LV bag I have is mono so I went with DA to change it up:)

Thanks so much! I have the DA Neverfull and mini pochette Tahitienne:) I love it! I'm actually trying to order a Noe BB in the DA:)
I don't really mind if it's not made in France, but was just thinking if I ever tire of it:) I have an old French Company Speedy type- not exactly like a Speedy- it's taller. My mother got it in the 80's, but I was sort of embarrased to wear it, in case someone thought it was some random fake:):)
