I bought the bag in Frankfurt Germany but iam living in Berlin Germany. Now my mother is with me in Hungary... so i am thinking to bring it to Budapest? But i have the original receip in Berlin.... and my mother comes next month to Berlin... the bag is still younger then 2 years..,
Is it to late?
Hi Alexa. The SA's are really nice in the Budapest store. I think the problem might be that they need to send it for quality check which can take couple of weeks. Regardless, it is worth a try

Ughh I miss my speedy so much! Had to sell it last year because I really needed money.. but I started a job so hopefully I can get one again. ^-^ Love all of the speedies here!

Thanks a lot for your answer! I went today with my mom to the Louis Vuitton store in Budapest near to the opera and the Service was great!
They managed everything for us in short time, without! The original receipt! They found everything online and the new strap will be here in few days!
They told us, this is a material defect and shouldnt happened!
My mom is happy and we are waiting now for the new strap!

I've now had my speedy 30 DE since Christmas and I'm in LOVE! I'll be honest, when I first opened it, I thought it might be too big. I'm so used to my 25 that I felt like it was overwhelming me. But now that I'm used to it, I can't imagine having somethign smaller. Everything fits, it's not heavy and it's BEAUTIFUL! Seriously, SO happy that I got this bag (ok, so glad my husband got it for me for Christmas)!
I had to laugh when I read this because I have the 35 and, when I bought it 6 wks ago, I was worried that it might be too big. Now when I see the 30 I can't imagine downsizing. Lol! I don't carry much but I like the look of larger bags. I've carried it everyday and haven't had a single regret. Different strokes for different folks, right?! Enjoy your 30!
DMy brand new speedy b 25 has a wrinkle down one side? Should I exchange it or is this common?

Hello, I have gone thru this thread and love everyone's speedy. I have wanted this bag for a while and decided to get it for my upcoming birthday. I want size 30 with the strap but can't decide whether to get the DE or Monogram style. I love both designs, decisions, decisions. And do you know when worn crossbody, does the bag look bulky against your body, would love if someone can post pic? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
The bag does look bulky when full, but if not full you can smush it down. I think the DE is more carefree and won't get damaged in the rain, which is why I picked it. The DE will be my first Speedy! Here's me with my friends 30 though:

I am happy that you had a great experience and they could resolve everything in a short time. I am Hungarian, but live in Switzerland, still most of my LV items come from the Budapest Store. They never disappoint, such a great service
Hi there. I ended up selling it, lost money on it, but less hassle than trying to exchange. I haven't repurchased one yet. I'm considering the empreinte one, better inside pockets...
