How exciting!!!! Monogram is gorgeous too but where I live it snows and I wouldn't want my precious bag to get ruined. plus we are going into the cold season so it's perfect!! Thanks for the compliment, I couldn't be happier with my new bag, I'm sure you will be too!

I was set on the idea of the Portobello, but when I saw it in person it had a couple flaws in design I just could not overlook. I didn't know what to do because I really wanted a DE bag for the fall/winter but I didn't like anything else. Then I went online and went thru every DE bag on LV's site and the speedy b caught my eye. I have a regular speedy 30 in DA that I love, so... I think you know how this story ends! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this bag!!! Bought today... Very happy ending to a disappointing start.

It's the 30, and I'm 5'4", size 16
I was initially worried about it looking like luggage, but I've now tried it on all the different strap lengths at home and have found that as long as I don't use the extender it looks like a normal purse. Not that I won't use the extender, just not on a normal day to day basis
