Im so sad [emoji24] today was windy and cold so I decided to wear my hoodie that zips in the front. I usually carry my speedy b crossbody but then later decided to carry it on my shoulder but the damage was already made ☹️.

The zipper scratched off the corner of the strap! I know its little but still. If you wear sweaters with a zip in the front and carry crossbody, what do you do to prevent this? It wasn't cold enough to zip up my sweater. I wished the straps had smooth corners instead of sharp angled corners.

I see what you mean. And thanks for the heads up about clothing with zips - I hadn't even thought about that. Perhaps you can disguise the damage by using a little bit of dark brown leather dye, or even a marker pen.

Yea, someone on ig suggest using leather edge paint but im not sure. My bag is still under warranty so im just going to wait. If it causes the strap to fray or get worse i might just see if they can replace it. I know the monogram strap on my pm is smooth on the edges and never had a problem with the zipper. They should smooth out the ebene bandouliere straps too.

I am in! Got her this weekend! Debated long and hard between 30 and 25, between mono and DE. Finally decided to get a B25 in DE. Low profile, can dress up or down, and super cute crossbody. :love:

Do you guys find that your speedy bumps into everything? I have the speedy b 25 and it bumps into everything. Idk if it's because im more used to flatter bags like the Pochette Metis. I do feel that although the 25 is small its still bulky because its cubular. Please lmk your opinions [emoji5]️

My 30 doesn't bump into anything if I keep it more toward the front of my body when I wear it.

I carry mines on the side and back. I find that my speedy bumps on desks, doors, and seats when i turn, go to sit down, walk around a corner and when i go to sit in my car. It's like I always have to consistently hold my speedy by the handle or swing it to avoid hitting things. It feels like it's an appendage of my body that's sticking out lol!!! And it hits everything [emoji38]

I never experienced that with my Speedy B 25, I have for my 35 and 30 though. The worst one was my Artsy, it was a beautiful bag but it was too big, I gave it to my mother lol.

Idk, maybe its just me. All of my handbags are flat. My speedy is the only handbag in my collection that isn't flat lol. I probably have to get used to giving it more space for it to not bump into things.

Yes that's true, the speedy is pretty bulky. Oh yeah I remember another reason I kept bumping into things was because I had a base shaper for my speedy 30,I hated the sag look at the time, now I actually prefer it. [emoji4]
