She is a cutie indeed !! 💞💞💞I've been debating for months as to which print to get ( Mono or DE??) and being that it's spring/soon to be summer and after seeing this pic I think I'm getting it in mono first it's the perfect time to get its beautiful patina game on .. And then maybe for the fall in DE .. I think thats smart right ?? 😂😂😂
Yup, I would get the mono first, Then the de, thats what I did. You will love them both[emoji173] [emoji173]
 
Ladies.. I'd love your advice... Today, I bought a speedy b 30 in monogram. I love mono and have it in a Noe, petit Noe, and a favorite. I have a Hoxton in DE... And am wondering if I've made a mistake in getting mono and should have gotten DE instead. Help me with my first world problem. ;)

Being that you have some bags in Mono I would get it in DE if it's a print that you like .. They're both so stinking cute though 😂😂😂 .. I love it in DE !! ♥️♥️♥️

I say keep it - love the mono speedyb - it's a different style bag then your others - all my bags are mono I'm not into the other prints - but that's just me - [emoji2]
 
Hi all! I'm new to this forum but I felt the need to make one because I need insights on my new speedy b 30. I recently purchased one online and it the handles wrinkles that felt really rough and the side leather trimming has this huge crease on it (maybe from they way they folded the bag for shipment). Anyway, I was just going to try and ignore it since the nearest LV store is 4 hours away...but it's been bothering me so much! I'm just afraid that lv wouldn't exchange the item or that I will receive bad customer service! Please help me on what I should do! All advice are welcome!! Thank you!!

I figured the wrinkles on the handles are normal but the side trimming isn't...

Welcome to the forum! Unfortunately that isn't normal. I would contact cs and let them know what's going on. How long have you had the bag? If it's within the return period, I would return it or ask for an exchange. Here is a pic of my bag, its been my work bag for the past 10mths, it doesn't have any wrinkling on the side leather trim. I went in store though so I was able to inspect my bag before purchase, the first one that was brought out had the same creasing as yours, I asked her if I could see another one and that turned out fine. Hi! Thanks for the reply! I got the bag two days ago and noticed the crease immediately when I began transferring my things into the bag. I suppose I could make a trip and exchange it but I'm just afraid that they will reject it and I'll have to live with the crease...

No, don't be afraid of that . I know you don't have an LV boutique close by.. but I would at least call cs, let them know you received a wrinkled bag ! Remember who you spoke to, so everything is documented.. I'm sorry you're going through is, I understand how you feel. I recently purchased a chanel woc, I've had it for a little over a month and I already noticed a tiny area of the leather peeling on the chain strap, quite frustrating. I'm not bringing in into the boutique, it's not worth waiting 4wks+ for a repair and it's BARELY noticeable. I wouldn't be able to look past that wrinkling, I would rather return the bag . Pls keep us updated.

Hi, congrats on your new Speedy B, it's such a versatile and practical bag. After reading a lot of posts it seems like some wrinkling on the handles is supposed to be normal, I don't have any wrinkling on mine and I would exchange it if I got one like that.
The side wrinkling could happen after using the bag for a while but it's unfortunate that yours is already wrinkled and you haven't even used it. I have used mine for several months and mine is not wrinkled. For these reasons I would exchange the bag, since your store is 4 hours away maybe consider calling the 866 number and getting a return slip from them, then another time going into the boutique and purchasing the bag in person.

Or if you decide to exchange in person just explain you haven't used the bag and would like to choose a different one. If you get an unkind SA tell them you're thinking about it, look around, then find a different SA to work with, ask to see several bags and choose the one that looks better. Take your time and check handles, trim, zipper, hardware, don't let them rush you, just be nice and firm and I'm sure they'll be able to help you. I hope you get a really nice bag that makes you happy, let us know how it goes :)
 
Hi! I called the 866 number and the lady that helped me was so kind! She suggested that I ship the item back and exchange for a new one. I just dropped off the bag at my local ups, and I'll be waiting for my new bag and I'm so excited! And sayakakumi, thanks for the suggestion and I'll definitely make my next purchase in store from now on so I'll feel more at ease. Thanks a bunches!
