Yeah. I think it is supper cute. I even asked my SA to buy, but they did not sale to me. How did u get it in the pic? I usually put keys in the pocket
I really like that! I was at LV today and should've asked if I could buy one too! Are you going to put your keys on there? It doesn't look like anythings on it yet. Oh also, you can always attach rings or chains to the D-ring that hangs on the inside of your bag so your keys are easy to find. ☺️
I just asked my SA if I could have one and she got one from the back and gave it to me. I've been working with the same SA for years, so maybe that is why she was able to get it for me.
Great idea about attaching the keys to the d-ring inside! I never really thought about that.
The keys are in there in the pic, you can see them through the vachetta leather. I hate how the keys portrude a little from the inside!

I took out my seldom-used 2yr old B30 yesterday and out of the blue just decided to look at its lock and key set (Which I just kept wrapped in tissue, inside a small ziplocked plastic pouch, inside the pocket) and my heart broke - the set has darkened/began to tarnish. It hasn't even been used. I dont know if it was the tissue paper (i havent checked if it was acidfree paper) or if really this is how LV locks age (this is the first time I kept an LV item with lock in my collection this long). As one can see, there are hardly even scratches on the other hardware.

Just clean the lock using ketchup on a paper towel. It will clean it right up!

Tarnished brass is really easy to clean. There are a number of brass-specific products available, or just ketchup (which is super acidic and can remove tarnish).
I do this too! Works very well.
That's absolutely normal - don't fret! Or at least that's exactly what happens to my lock every couple month or so after I clean it. My speedy B is my only LV bag with a lock, too, and I have noticed that it tarnishes regularly and quite quickly. Still really depressed though that it happened independent of use. I wouldnt have felt as bad had it happened due to my usage and element exposure.
