could you please give more details for the mismatch? I don't see the difference/I got the DE speedy B 25 a couple weeks ago and the hardware is mismatched but not noticeable IMO. I honestly would not have noticed at all if I didn't read about it on this forum.

As far as I have seen the mismatch is on all if the DE speedy B's. The lock and zipper are more of a yellow and the clasps on the strap are of a deeper colour.
My observation is the same as the poster above. Honestly, I don't think it is a big deal and the slight variation doesn't bother me AT ALL. It's just worth inspecting because it is mentioned quite a bit in this forum and some people are bothered by it. For me, it is no big deal and I bet only people who have read about it In this forum would notice.
It's a bit of mismatch on my azur speedy b 30 as well. Quite noticeable though. It does bother me little bit, and the LV explanation is that hardware for straps and for zips are produced in different manufactures (maybe even diff countries, who knows, will all that speculations...)

I'm ashamed to say that I've hardly worn it for fear of getting marks on it, to the extent that I thought about selling it but I knew I'd regret that so I just decided to use it and accept any marks as it becoming seasoned

My DA SpeedyB 25 has the same colour difference now that I've checked, but it doesn't bother me. I like tonal differences and variations, I'll just call it my LV Ombré :giggles:
No, it doesn't bother me either as they are all like that. Had it just been mine it would have been a different story ha ha
I've been reading posts here for a while now. And i'm really enjoying!
I got my SpeedyB 30 in Damier Ebene for my birthday last july. DE is my color i didn't have any 2nd thought about it! And This is my first LV bag. (Hurraayyy!!!)
Upon watching reviews on youtube, I thought 30 would be too big for me, so i decided to get the speedyB 25.
But when I got home and tried it on several times, i realized it was too small and 30 will be the best for me. I'm 163 and 105lbs, if that helps.
So the next morning i headed to the lv store and they were so nice to change it for me
30 is the best size IMO it's not too big and not too small. You can't go wrong with the size.
So far I'm happy with it and never regret changing it. It's my weekend bag. There are some flaws on the hardware but i don't mind. I'm in love with it!
Here she is 3mos old now!

Congrats! Great choice! I was debating on the two as well and asked tPF members for their help. I'm very small but decided on the 30 B since I had a 25 years ago. Then I couldn't stop thinking about the 35 even though that would be pretty large on me, haha! I'm very happy with the 30. Enjoy!
