agreed!!! and there really is not that much more leather on the bag compared to the speedy and it under $1000!!!! so then it means were are paying about $500.00 or so for the hardware?!!Honestly do any of the CANVAS bags actually scream the price tags that are attached? lol..

I agree. I think if it had the leather strap on the side like the speedy b's I could justify the price. But, then it wouldn't be as slouchy. Maybe they could have done the dark piping around the bag like the delightful.
All of LV bags that has the Alacantra lining is priced high.. I assume the delightful was priced lower because the inside is like the NF and speedy's which is in the lower range. So I assume hardware and the inside is actually what people are paying. I assume that Alacantra lining material is quite pricey lol..
Is anyone having issues with the zipper on your Portobello scratching the strap? How easily does the strap scratch?
