I think it depends on the LV store and their discretion. I've heard people say that they've noticed "defects" with their bags and brought them back and their SAs were very nice and replaced the bag or allowed them to choose something else of same value. BUT I've also read other people tell how theirs were not as nice and even a slight sign of use... and they've been turned away from returning their bag. I'm pretty sure at my store they'd turn me away. the SAs at my store just aren't so nice.Oh so what if I used the bag and the wrinkling/ bubbling problem occur on the handle, I can't return the bag for a refund or exchange since it's used? I never returned or exchange at LV before so I'm very unfamiliar with the policy. My SA doesn't even bother to tell me since she knows I don't return anything once I leave the store and I haven't have a defective LV ...yet
