I have been looking for a dark blue bag with shw for a while. After getting a very defective baguette I opted for the Sophia 8.75.

I liked it but it's seriously tiny, especially in the top handle version as this has a divider.

I have to say it felt nowhere near as luxe as my Céline classic bag. Mine is grey so goes with anything all year round so perhaps I don't need a navy bag after all.

Even if it was suitable look at the way it was packaged by 24s. Squashed into a tiny box. I returned it squashed the other way so that the next recipient may get it more even.

I may look out for the crossbody version or the bigger top handle version but won't be paying full price for it.
Wow, messy. Sorry that happened.

Hi all,

I was looking at the black Half Moon bag for a while deciding if I wanted it or not but when I finally ended up with the thought that I desperately need it, it was already sold out everywhere (I'm always being a fashion snail). Do you know if they are going to restock it and if yes when do they normally do it?

In case you didn't know, TRR carries The Row, you may find a gently used one there.

Last I checked, Saks had them in stock

Does anyone know how frequently they restock? I think I’d like to try the medium NS park tote and it’s not available anywhere online. A few places will allow me to preorder, but ship days are not until May.

You would think these companies would know how to properly package a bag.

I am becoming quite interested in the Margaux, especially the larger sizes. I think 15 and 17 really capture that oversize, relaxed vibe.

Question for anyone who owns size 15: If I’m not a working woman who needs a work bag (ie: laptop accommodation) but does like oversized bags, is this a good option? The shape reads different than, say a slouchy BV bag.

I’ve looked at so many pics to assess sizing, and wish I could see it in person. For my purposes the 17 won’t work unless I want a weekender-type bag, which I don’t, but one stylist encourages people to size up to 17 if they like 15.

Any thoughts? I’m not averse to expensive bags, but this will be a pre-loved purchase for me.I find the price to be pretty inflated, but then, I’m also new to The Row.

Thanks!

If you can, try to hunt one down. In the OC NM at Fashion Island used to carry them and Amaree’s in NB had a couple. You may like the 10, it has a wide base that makes it compact and roomy at the same time. Please be careful purchasing preowned as the Margeaux is being copied like crazy.

Thanks for the feedback! I didn’t know that about Neiman’s at Fashion Island. I’ll definitely stop in. Haven’t heard of Amaree’s, so I’ll look into that. Yes, I’m aware it’s being faked left and right so I’ll be super cautious!
