Hey everyone. I really really really had to share this because right now I'm like the happiest girl on earth. Two days ago I got my speedy back from repairs. I had sent it in December to get the zipper, tab, and zipper tracks replaced. While it was out for repairs, the person repairing it saw the condition of the leather and replaced all the leather, all the hardware, and gave me back an almost new bag but extra special given the history of the bag and it being 33 years old ... Here's the befores and afters.
I'll just say LV's customer service is simply amazing and the repair people did a magnificent job my good god!
