Hi everbody,

I have been reading the posts for a long time, but never posted one myself :).

I ordered a PM in mono online. Just got it in today. Wanted to have your opinions about the zipper at the back. Is it 'normal' that it does not completely closes?IMG-20200415-WA0011.jpg IMG-20200415-WA0013.jpg

Mine does go all the way but I’ve had a couple that haven’t, and seen a few the same. Not something I even looked at until you asked me now. It’s only slightly different on yours. I guess as it’s handmade that’s where the person lined the zipper up to. It’s not considered a defect so not sure what they’ll say..

Hi everyone, December last year i got my pochette metis empriente in noir. Tonight while i organized my bags i noticed something on my PM looks like the leather is pealing. Or the glazing is not enough. Oh my. I hope this will not get worse. I got it from LV Yorkdale.

Yes, I am sure they will tell me that it is not a defect, just like you explained because it is hand made... but I feel like it is a very easy standard phrase for them to use with every complaint they get. The quality is just off for so long now. I have held PM's in my hands, where I just could not believe that they had accepted this ones at the quality control........

For me is it more like a question to myself 'Do I keep on accepting this :)'. I have seen fakes that don't have any flaws. And just look at for example Coach bags, when you order them, they come perfectly packaged without any scratches on the hardware or whatever... Why is it so difficult LV?! :)

I understand about the quality and what has been passing through quality check but I don't see the zipper having a tiny gap at the end a problem. I've seen many cles pieces where the zipper doesn't go all the way, the gap is very small. if the rest of the bag is perfect you should just enjoy it, or exchange for a totally different bag.

Yes totally normal. Mine is that way - I think it helps that back pocket open a bit wider.

Should I keep it?
Please help me decide !
I just got the PM reverse monogram. I have wanted it for so long!
But the monogram on the flap is off center and MISALIGNED.
I cant decide if it's really no big deal or I should return it. I know perfection isn't possible but it's on the front flap :( and I'm worried it'll drive me crazy (or maybe I'll forget all about it). It looks fine to me, but if it bothers you, it's best to return it.

Try putting items in as the slight profile change may make it more appealing.

For reference, I've included a pic of my bag.
