The mono print is def lighter in color then my early 2019 Mono Neonoe and 4 yo 6 ring key holder, but I love it regardless. And yes, the top flap underneath extends well into the flat, back pocket. I think that has been done to increase stability along the back flap to decrease glazing issues when opened/closed. I started to second guess my purchase after reading this forum, but then realized I'm really, really happy with it - so I'm keeping it and going to love it for a very, very, very long time. No regrets because this bag - with all its functionality and versatility - is a game changer and a must have...thank you @Winter'sJoy and @TangerineKandy for your comments above!

You're very welcome! I remember the super stiff strap! I didn't like that at all. I never purchased the super squishy version but have seen photos and you described it perfectly!

I think this NV is the best, the strap is comfy and the bag is nicely structured as you said!

Guys, is it just me or is this crooked? :( I just got this order today. Ordered online after several attempts of stalking the site for a long time and finally able to snag it. So annoyed. I called LV and they asked me to send a bunch of pictures, so frustrating. I think I am going to go into store tomorrow, just annoyed I have to actually go in and deal with this. Is it just me, or do you see it too ? Be honest :)

It looks crooked to me - I'm sorry. Ive had this happen to me as well - a few times. And no amount of tugging or manual placement changed it - it always went back to being crooked. I even had an SA tell me I should stuff it and over time it would be trained to stay - um, no. Its the placement of the lock, not the shape of the canvas - or in my case it was an empreinte noir version.

That is so frustrating! Did they take it back / did you exchange or receive a refund? My fear is they put me on a waiting list, and it takes weeks- months to receive and I have already paid in full for this

I returned it for a refund, but it was empreinte so not a hard to get item like the mono version.
I'd be upset too knowing that 2k has been spent with nothing immediate to show for it. I've heard stores receive about one every 1-2 weeks or so. Just depends on if they are already allocated to another customer already. If it was me - I would return it to a store to get my refund quicker - and go back to stalking the site. I swear I have seen them daily in the evening hours.

Yes the hardware is crooked. I had exactly the same issue before.

Officially joining the club today as I just got my PM mono delivered! This was an exchange as the previous one I got had a couple of issues that I couldn't live with and I bought my PM from online. The previous one I received was Made In Spain. The gold hardware on the strap was scratched and the flowers on the strap were not centered. The end of the straps was also poorly aligned. Seems like some random part of the canvas was cut and added to just complete the ends on the strap. You can refer to the pictures what I mean. The canvas was also dull in my opinion but I do note that some said theirs was dull as well so that didn't really bother me. But the lock on the canvas was not centered in between the flowers and that bothered me. The rest of the bag was actually quite good but because of the flaws I have stated above, I went to ask for an exchange. Pictures attached are the ones I took of the previous one. You can ask LV to replace the strap. I had an issue with the Dauphine chain and they got me a new one while allowing me to use the defective one while I waited.
