Forgive me if this is a stupid question but how can you call and get through specific stores? I went online and did the "chat with advisor" option and they told me theyre sold out worldwide. I've went online trying to get ahold of the LV boutiques near me but I get put through client services. Any advice would help, thank you !
Hi, I called Department Stores that have LV inside and ask to be transferred to the boutique. That way I could actually talk to the store.
I'd exhange, can you get to a store? I hope it's not too long a wait to get another one
Thankyou sending it back for return was online purchase less than a week ago but no exchange as they dont have physical stock ever ill just buy again when backorder is available again online
But a real pity! It was a hard raised bump improved slightly with stuffing but still prevalent the bump which i i cant unsee lol

Just bought the PM from the store two days back. Never really lusted fro the PM until I saw it IRL. I think it's a practical bag and anyone at any age can use it. But am I the only one that feels the strap it uncomfortable? I use the strap on my Pochette Accessories and it looks great though.

I plan to buy Pochette Metis in “emprinte” leather as the shoulder strap in ‘emprinte’ is softer than in Mono. I suffer from weak left shoulder and back. Also, which colour is more formal as well as versatile for my son’s graduation i.e. Noir or Marine Rouge?
The essentials that I carry in my bag are full size Sarah wallet, iPhone 7 plus, mini pochette (medicines), 1 lipstick, 1pen, dry facial tissues, wet wipes, 6ring key holder, DE cles (coins) and my reading glasses. Should I downsize to Pallas compact wallet (without S lock); or further downsize to Victorine wallet?
I would really appreciate your practical and logical advice .

Thanks for all your feedback! I tried on both the noir and the marine rouge, it was so hard to decide but in the end I felt like I have too many black bags already! So I went for the marine rouge, yay!!! My first empreinte piece and now I’m officially part of the pochette metis club! So happy right now
Marine Rouge looks very nice on you. Is it easy to wear with majority of colours?

Love your collection of PMs!! They’re amazing. Do you prefer to collect multiple versions of a handbag? I have several different LV pieces and always wondered if I should just stick to one style and get different versions of it.
For me Therese bags are so different, and I love the style of PM. I have other LV bags though. I also love the speedy 25 b and have DE. Sold my mono.I would love one in eclipse, or 25 with black handles.

In Australia they don’t publish store numbers and they won’t transfer calls through. I usually just ask to pass on a message to my local store to call me! Then a SA (I ask for the same one each time) calls me directly.
How frustrating.
