Hi guys! I would so love to get the Mono Metis but there is a giant waiting list in the only boutique in my country and no hope tp get one any time soon. Do you know if it's possible to order directly from a shop at another country in Europe? Like France, Germany, Sweden?

Thank you so much! I have a Kindle but once in awhile I use real books so it's nice to know it can fit in the Metis. I hope I get mine this week. I've been waiting for a notification from UPS and LV already charged my card for the bag. I can't wait. Thanks again!

Yep looked over and over again...and it should be in the same spot in every metis bag...although I looked everywhere else also....like I said I can actually feel a little groove where it should have been sewn in. The woman on the phone at lv didn't even sound surprised.I I guess there are used to,all their poor quality issues) ....plus the hardware (clasps)on straps are pretty scratched so I'm guessing it has changed hands a few times already. I was just able to snag another online though. I'm sure it is another return from someone else....so fingers crossed.

Girls, keep trying if you really want one. They are still manufacturing this model one at a time and it is available on line sporadically. You just have to check frequently and get it as soon as it appears online.

Reading this made me smile. Literally everything I have bought from their website I have returned due to flaws....but I keep trying. Every time I call to request return I feel like a jerk lol....I wonder if they keep track of your return history.

I think they keep track of it. I wish they would just inspect the bags that are returned or don't even sell them to customers anymore. They know there are a lot of quality issues with the Metis anyway.

Now I know just because a bag has a date code doesn't mean it's authentic but I,also know know I would but a pre-loved bag that was missing a date code. Opinions...am I crazy to return it...or is it absurd that it's missing the date code...a big factor used when authenticating. I'm on the wait list but I'm almost willing to pay more for a used one that I know was not made in the USA which all the ones from the US website I think are going to be.

I just received my reverse mono PM and found the date code in the lining of the back
Zippered compartment. It was so hard to find. I'm betting you already checked there, but just in case you didn't, I thought I'd let you know.

It's a complete disappointment that they have been so inconsistent with this beautiful purse. I have to return mine because there was a small scrape on the mono piping along the base of the bag.

This whole PM bag situation is out of control lol. Don't get me wrong-I want one. Badly. I'm on the wait list for one in monogram canvas. It's so disappointing how I can't even get one online even when they pop up. I have a few gift cards to use and they can't be used online, not to mention with my luck I'd get a defective return. The nearest store is a few hours away. Oh well. Never give up! :)

They do for sure, I had them tell me once what item I had returned ha ha

Yes that's where it is suppose to be...but it's not.

Hey y'all! First time poster here! I was able to snag a PM mono for my 30th bday present to myself (ha!) via lurking on the website. I had it delivered to my house.
It just arrived and I am in LOVE! Date code SD2107
Do you guys notice the tiiiiiny mark on the top handle slightly bottom left of the imprint? Would this bother you guys? I think I want to keep it especially since it will darken over time. It's so slight I had a hard time capturing it in a photo. I was so worried mine would be a return or defect -- what do you think?
