Look at these! They were gone and now are available again. "Call for inquiry" sounds weird to me... They are probably returns again...

Am I crazy!?!? So I was able to snag a reverse monogram on the lv website and it just came today. I knew when I ordered it that it was most likely a return so there was a good chance it had some sort of flaw...but I opted to take my chances. Well the bag it self is perfect but there is NO DATE CODE. I looked for 15 minutes everywhere. I know where it is suppose to be any I could actually feel a sort of groove where the tab should, have been sewn in...but no tag. Called to get my return lable and was told that it's not a defect and that it might be in between the canvas and lining and that the date code. She said date codes are just used for internal purposes so,have nothing. To do with authenticity. Now I know just because a bag has a date code doesn't mean it's authentic but I,also know know I would but a pre-loved bag that was missing a date code. Opinions...am I crazy to return it...or is it absurd that it's missing the date code...a big factor used when authenticating. I'm on the wait list but I'm almost willing to pay more for a used one that I know was not made in the USA which all the ones from the US website I think are going to be.

I know that LV has many issues with this bag, but THIS exceeded my expectations! Wow! I would say, if you plan to sell the bag later, you might have a problem with that. Even though a date code is only for "internal purposes" all gals out there rely on this feature when considering to buy a preloved bag... I know that Triangle Softy had similar issue, there were date codes from year 2047...anyway...this is getting little crazy! I am sad for your experience and at the same time I cannot stop laughing...either LV totally does not care about their precise work anymore or they are going through a crisis or what...this is ridiculous!

I can fit a 6 key holder,Round coin purse,
Sunglasses case, small wallet my chanel zip card holder easily holds 10 cards and cash , even a zcp wallet or full zippy can fit. U would
Need to get rid of a few things but it has options. So far it's holding up nice. You can even get an insolite wallet in it.

Hi. What does it look like with a paperback? Will it fit? Even a thicker paperback book?

Exactly! I never keep my bags forever so I know it would be an issue down the road even with the original receipt. It's just sad. All 4 on my last online purchases have been sent back. I'm about done. Not to mention it takes them close to a month to issue the refund which is also absurd. Pre-loved is the way to go. Never any issues with my preloved purchases. I don't live near a store so I don't have that option.

Does anyone know how to read the date code on lv bag? How do we know what year it is made in? Thanks!

Sure! Lets say we have a date code SD2137, that means this bag was made is USA = SD and it was made during 23 week of 2017. You should read it: first and third digit = week, second and fourth = year. I hope that helps.
