just want to share this..I got mine last December and this is how it looks now :(

Wow . It looks bad . Are you going to send it for repair . I can't believe how the wear shows so much after just 5 months of use . Do you use it as an everyday bag. Makes me question whether or not I should keep the bag once I get it next week . Thanks for sharing .

Fashionphile's prices for the Reverse are outrageous! (IMO)..I know they are hard to get, but DANG!

I did snap up a Mono they had last week that was just a tad under retail. It has scratches on the S-Lock, and a scratch on the canvas on the front (that I didn't see until look at these up close photos) but that is about it. I am trying to move into smaller/crossbody bags because I have issues with my neck. I am not used to flap bags, and the small size is a challenge, but I just love it!

DH thinks all my bags are knock-offs (he doesn't need to know details)...and the first time I carried her someone stopped me to compliment it. I was happy when all she said was, "Oh! I love your bag, I am carrying one today, too!" As she was unloading a stroller from her car. I just said, "isn't it a great bag?" Then quickly got into our car!

Here she is on a lunch date with DH.

Yes, the price Fashionphile is charging for the PM is ridiculous. I would just continue stalking the website or visiting stores to get a PM before I pay over retail, especially with the bag still being sold by LV.
Your Mono PM is looking good! I had thought to wear my Bloomsbury this month, but perhaps I'll wear my Reverse instead.

Yes - large bags can result in neck, spinal, back or arm problems. I've seen men and women with .injuries resulting from years of carrying large bags (briefcases, laptop bags, handbags, even backpacks). I've never liked large bags for this reason. A large (heavy) handbag along with a work/laptop tote is a fast track to the chiropractor. My work bag was a roller bag for many years due to my laptop and the business documents I transported most days.

This one was a little bit of savings, and I was ordering some other things as well. It all arrived together, so it saved me waiting for multiple shipments. It also saved me the heartache of putting the first scratches on the hardware.

Curious, has anyone put a leather strap on their mono PM? I think it might look nice, and it would be much softer than the canvas one.
