I happened to speak to LV UK today regarding a returning repair but whilst on the phone I asked about the chances of the Reverse PM reappearing on the website.
The lady on the phone said they were made as a LE and were unlikely to be available again

Hi guys , I just got my reverse mono which was ordered online and got delivered to my local store . I went to pick it up, inspected it and thought everything looked good so took it home .However when I inspected again at home , I noticed rubbing on the bottom and the handle looks kind of different. Please see below . Is this normal ? It also didn't come with a price tag and bar code . Should I return it back ? Tia View attachment 3749537View attachment 3749538

Hm...could you please send us more photos of the handle? Otherwise the bag looks good to me. I focused on the allignment (flowers and LVs and it seems to me that it is perfect.) How does the bag look in the front/back/sides, is the lock centered?
Mine as well did not come with the tags, do not worry about that. I heard that they remove them before shipping.
By the rubbing you mean the bubles on the sealing at the edges?
The biggest issue with this model is the allignment. If you got that right, I would not recommend a return...it is so hard to get a nicely made bag. I had to order 3 times...

It looks that you got a special bag! It has men's leather - Damier graphite canvas. Wow! That is an unique piece! Keep it!

Omg. I got the same bag 2weeks ago from online with the mens graphite canvas material on one side of the handle and i returned it of course. Looks like you got the same bag I returned and LV is recycling defected bags because all they care is making money and they no longer care about quality control.

Yea the different leather on the handles would really bother me too . Plus there is a bubble on the bottom. I think I'm going to return it.

Wow. Is this the same bag you returned then? I didn't really notice the different leather until I inspected it at home. I am going to return it . Did you get a new one ? Does every bag have like bubble on the bottom ? Is that considered normal ?

I wonder why they used a different leather on the handle? I hope it was not a sloppy "repair" job on the handle! Can't believe the quality control miss that... I would definitely return that, it would really bother me imo especially with that bubble in the glazings (one of very pronounced issues in pochette metis) eventually the glazing will lift up and start separating from the canvas that's what happened to mine

I checked my reverse and does not have the textured leather piece as you have...I just received mine a few days ago. It only came with the materials tag. That is usually all I receive online. When I buy in store I do get more tags.

Yea I don't know why they would use a different leather on the handle .I can't believe I missed it when I inspected the bag at the store . Do you think all of the bag will come with the bubble? I don't want to order again and encounter this issue . I really like this bag but with so many issues I often wonder if it is still worth to get it again and not sure if the ones available online every so often are return from customers due to defects . Its such a hassle to order online ( have to check the website throughout the day) and return if the bag is not perfect .
