Your bag is perfectly fine and has nothing to do with US or not.
Hi guys! Finally! I got the perfect bag worth the money! This was my third order... Now my new PM reverse MIU perfectly matches with MIF bag... Yay! and at the same time this experience pushes me to make a decision to shop only in EU. It is cheaper, bags are better quality and it is less stressful. Maybe we should complain more about this and the quality will improve...
Wow! You took it personally... that was not the point. My point is why I have to pay the same money for a bag which is not perfect? Some of us get MIF bags, some of us MIU and the quality is different, but the bill is the same... I would really mind this. That is why I always ask you guys about your opinion, to rise this issue. I honestly think we should not be okay with a defected bags because the stock is limited, that is not an excuse! At the same time I respect your opinion (btw. how about you?) If you are fine with such quality, good for you! Peace!
Ok then return it and stop asking people on the forum for their opinions on it if your mind is made up that "the bag is not fine" .
How do you know that ALL the bags in EU are better quality? Have you purchased every bag from LV to even back that statement up. It feels that you are taking a swipe at the U.S. and you need to be taking this up with LV directly and not on this forum because there are people on here that are from both countries that are positive and excited about our bags. Just send it back and stop with the US bashing please.

There have been MANY MIF pochette metis that were not perfect. In fact, all the bags that had problems in the begining were ALL MIF. MIU PM didn't even come in to production until sometime last year. My MIU from Jan is perfect. It's not about MIF or MIU, it's the individual pieces. But hey you do you.

Interesting, good to know, thank you! I honestly never heard about these issues from my EU friends and I also did not have any issues with MIF bags. Do you think that the "defective" or "not perfect" MIF bags are sent to US because they know they will be sold anyway? EU customers are very very picky (you deal with one right now, haha!), so maybe that is the reason, I do not know. I am truly sad to hear that even MIF bags have issues, that means that LV in general does rapidly down and it is only about a moneygrab...that is very sad.

Now you are taking it personal and by the way your new bag has a very noticeable sag! MIF

So, if you are not completely satisfied with your bag, keep trying, it is worth!

So happy for you!! Yay! :sleepy:

Very true - my MIF developed a crack in the canvas. These are material goods that are meant to be used and enjoyed.... no such thing as "perfect". Of course, no one wants a defective bag but IMHO if you look hard enough, you can find a perceived flaw irregardless of where the bag is manufactured.

Haha! I do not mind that! Matching LVs and flowers are for me more important than sag, it will develop after some time anyway...It is MIU.
Not flawless like min

Great!!! So glad you finally got a bag, you are happy with, besides it is your money being spent! Good for you! As for MIF being better quality, I respect your opinion, but I don't agree with the "MIF is better" mentality. Honestly, I don't think MIF is better quality than MIU, or any other location. I had an Emilie wallet, that was MIF, and the thing was literally falling apart with minimal use. I think LV (in general) is using cheaper materials and/or cheap labor, or something, which has absolutely nothing to do with the geographical location stamped on their bags, slgs, etc. I am seeing tarnished hardware on supposedly new bags and bags that are less than a year old, glazing issues, peeling canvas, etc., and those issues are not exclusive to MIU products.
