I was able to place an order for PM Reverse today shortly after 7 pm, incredible!!! Now the web page has problem to load, to show the product or the status (call to purchase, call for availability or place in cart) I hope my transaction did not break the web, haha! :smile:

I am truly very curious what would be the quality of this piece...my first PM Reverse went to the doctor (still waiting for the "verdict") for a repair, I hope this one will be perfect, (no sure, I am skeptic), but wow, maybe I will ended up with two perfect PM in Reverse! First I was not able to find any and now I will have TWO! Crazy! I am in a serious trouble!!! I will for sure return one or if not possible (time), I will definitely help someone to get it and make someone happy! :smile: Yay, that sounds like a great plan! :smile:

Hello fellow pm owners ! I am here to tell my
Story about my pm in mono. I had glazing issues almost two years ago and took it to LV and they were kind enough to repair it and I have been careful with the glazing now always using a Bandeau to protect it. Well now last week I noticed the glazing is in perfect condition but now I found cracks in the canvas. Small but still devastating! They told me that they can take pics and send it off to quality control and get back to me. Well today I received the decision that it is deemed to be wear and tear on that particular bag and they wont be offering me any replacement or credit! I am so upset that they know about the problems with this bag but when it comes to replacing them because of the design and quality of this bag they don't try to resolve it. I asked to speak to someone higher than them and I am suppose to get a call tomorrow from the operations manager. If anyone has any info that can be helpful for me I really do appreciate it! I have seen many people get replacements so I don't understand the inconsistency. Thank you all for any help!

Hopefully, the operations manager will call, and the issue will be resolved. If not, maybe try a different boutique? Sorry, I'm not much of a help. I hope it all works out for you.:smile:

I would definitely ask for a telephone number or email address or the manager...I have also one issue with LV. They owe me $641 for more than 6 months...I spent already more than 3 hours over the phone explaining and trying to figure out what happened with one of my returns...I was never refunded, do not have the item, do not have money...I am about to complain to BBB and file an official complaint...LV is going rapidly down - quality and customer servise as well! Fight for your rights, because they are not going to do that for you...unfortunately, we, customers are only numbers for them, source of income and wealth, nothing more...it is sad, but true...do not give up, if necessary talk to even to LV CEO!

Hello to all lucky owners of the Empreinte PM! Do you have any glazing issues with this bag? I'm considering to buy my first LW bag and I'm in love with the mono PM and the Rose Poudre, but I live anywhere near to the LW store, so I won't be able to send it back to store if something happened to the bag.
Empreinte PM is relatively new this year. The glazing issue with empreinte is associated with humidity and weather which cause the glazing to melt which I experienced with my 5 year-old Speedy B25. So far, no sign of melting yet with PM.

Thank you! I didn't receive any call yet so I am going to be calling the operations manager this weekend and see if she is available to speak to me. I have a feeling they will be avoiding me as much as they can. I am not going to worry about it though there are other things in life so much more important to worry about. [emoji58] I will keep moving forward and let this be a lesson of investing so much money on a brand that doesn't stand behind their name. I will still be a LV fan but just not a crazy one anymore. Maybe this is a way I will stop buying so much from this one company and start branching out to other designer brands.

I had glazing issue on my pink empriente pm and they sent it to france to see if they can get it fixed. My SA contacted me about 2 weeks later that it was deemed defected and that I can get store credit or a new bag ordered in for me. :) I believe I posted pictures some pages back. At least this time I will be more diligent in checking my bag before leaving the store.. haha
