Still deciding whether or not to keep the mono :confused1: But what i really enjoy from this bag is the strap. I love how the mono strap looks on my palm spring mini. And I imagine it would be lovely with my PM in reverse monogram as well :nuts: Any advice on how to just buy the strap in mono by itself? Have anyone try it that way? If yes, how much does it cost? Thank you :flowers:

Hello fellow pm owners ! I am here to tell my
Story about my pm in mono. I had glazing issues almost two years ago and took it to LV and they were kind enough to repair it and I have been careful with the glazing now always using a Bandeau to protect it. Well now last week I noticed the glazing is in perfect condition but now I found cracks in the canvas. Small but still devastating! They told me that they can take pics and send it off to quality control and get back to me. Well today I received the decision that it is deemed to be wear and tear on that particular bag and they wont be offering me any replacement or credit! I am so upset that they know about the problems with this bag but when it comes to replacing them because of the design and quality of this bag they don't try to resolve it. I asked to speak to someone higher than them and I am suppose to get a call tomorrow from the operations manager. If anyone has any info that can be helpful for me I really do appreciate it! I have seen many people get replacements so I don't understand the inconsistency. Thank you all for any help!

Yes you can, just say you lost the strap and they will sell you a strap as part.

Would you guys recommend buying a preowned older version PM? I know that there have been issues with the older versions, so I'm not sure if I should just wait until I find a preowned newer version.
With the issues this bag has and the differing after-service people get, I would get this bag new just in case there are any issues. That's my 0.02. I am currently on my second PM and I am waiting to use it a little bit more but my SA is switching this one out for me as well. I have had cracking in the glazing where the bag folds when it opens and shuts.
 
I was able to place an order for PM Reverse today shortly after 7 pm, incredible!!! Now the web page has problem to load, to show the product or the status (call to purchase, call for availability or place in cart) I hope my transaction did not break the web, haha! :smile:

I am truly very curious what would be the quality of this piece...my first PM Reverse went to the doctor (still waiting for the "verdict") for a repair, I hope this one will be perfect, (no sure, I am skeptic), but wow, maybe I will ended up with two perfect PM in Reverse! First I was not able to find any and now I will have TWO! Crazy! I am in a serious trouble!!! I will for sure return one or if not possible (time), I will definitely help someone to get it and make someone happy! :) Yay, that sounds like a great plan! :)

Hello to all lucky owners of the Empreinte PM! Do you have any glazing issues with this bag? I'm considering to buy my first LW bag and I'm in love with the mono PM and the Rose Poudre, but I live anywhere near to the LW store, so I won't be able to send it back to store if something happened to the bag.

I ordered overnight delivery on Wednesday night but had issues with my payment which luckily got sorted on Thursday. Then I received a shipping confirmation email late Thursday so I'm hopeful for the bag today (Friday) or tomorrow (Saturday)?

Oh wow, I chose overnight delivery as well (Thursday) and mine will be delivered on Monday...this is not overnight delivery at all! I still see charges for the overnight delivery on my invoice! Grrr...
