I watched the Youtube below and when I saw how the lady handle the bag then return it, I wouldn't want to be the next to receive that bag.

From where I live, we do not have shop online for LV. We walk into the store and view the bags and accessories on our own. If we are to return and exchange within 30 days, we have to bring the new unused bag into the store. If in any way that the bag looks used, like the patina or scratch on the handle, the store will refuse to honor the exchange.

I agree, I would not want to see receive this bag after it was returned. The way she holds the bag up by the flap, it's terrible! You tubers should not do a what's inside my bag video and handle a handbag this way when they say it is not for them and they want to return it. Makes me so annoyed!

Wow! Do you think that means that they continue with the production? That would be awesome! Yesterday I asked US SA and she told me that she is not sure what is going on, but they keep getting PM in Reverse into the store and slowly cleaning out the waitlist...This already happened once with Mono PM that France stopped the production for a while...maybe they changed something on the bag or so...Mono PM was changed twice, so there are 3 versions...Lets see...

I don't think they will stop navy blue now. But I'm not sure
But today it was available.

SA said glue residue is normal. I guess Q tip with moisture may work as the other ladies said. My other issue is the deep scratch on the hardware. It is possible a returned bag. I sent it back and stay on the waitlist again.
