90% of the glue came off. Wonder if it is some kind of protectant? In addition, I also notice that there bubbles on the glaze.

Frankly, I have read and seen photos of PM which are received used or damaged. Here is what I think. You may be receiving a bag which has been returned from another customer. I watched the Youtube below and when I saw how the lady handle the bag then return it, I wouldn't want to be the next to receive that bag.
From where I live, we do not have shop online for LV. We walk into the store and view the bags and accessories on our own. If we are to return and exchange within 30 days, we have to bring the new unused bag into the store. If in any way that the bag looks used, like the patina or scratch on the handle, the store will refuse to honor the exchange.
It's normal, just from laying flat while stored. My new one is like thatMy new pochette metis is here!! I'm also wondering if my middle pouch is normal. It sticks out a little and is not flat.

Yesterday I asked US SA and she told me that she is not sure what is going on, but they keep getting PM in Reverse into the store and slowly cleaning out the waitlist...This already happened once with Mono PM that France stopped the production for a while...maybe they changed something on the bag or so...Mono PM was changed twice, so there are 3 versions...Lets see...Hi,

I have the same issue! Glue and bubbles.. how did u remove the glue?
SA said glue residue is normal. I guess Q tip with moisture may work as the other ladies said. My other issue is the deep scratch on the hardware. It is possible a returned bag. I sent it back and stay on the waitlist again.I have the same issue! Glue and bubbles.. how did u remove the glue?
