Thank you so much for your reply! Finally decided that I would get more use out of something else. Plus I have finally realized that as much as I love the PM, I prefer a top closure. Sold it & am using the $ to buy something else I've been lusting after - a SC pm in cherry
I've been eyeballing a PM for awhile but one never sort of got me to pull the trigger! Mostly LV I love the quilted leathers. So today I've learned that the PM will be made in the flower malletage quilted leather for fall in a "warm pink". Not sure if this has been reported, but I think it will be spectacular! For reference, here is the quilting.
That quilting is gorgeous! Reminds me of Chanel Camellia quilting. Do you know if there will be other colors than just the pink?

I got the Monogram Confidential Bandeau in brown. I would like to use it for my PM in mono, to cover the handle and give it some sparkle of reverse mono.
I hope it will look nice!

@Carrotcakes - I recommend you keep checking your card to make sure, the payment clears. Banks don't always allow the charge to go through on the second run, even after speaking to the card owner. Fraud is rampant and banks are more diligent in their attempts to identify related transactions. I've had my bank refuse a $50 because the store/item didn't fit my normal buying pattern.
Okay, now seriously, I know here are gals who own 4 PM (wow, awesome!), but is the bag (any model) really worth to own more than one? Price vs. quality issues vs. client service vs. it is only a plastic bag even though pretty awesome and functional! I ask myself because hopefully soon I am going to receive my second PM in reverse to join my PM in mono...Thinking if it is not too much, too crazy...I just saw an interesting youtube video from one youtuber and she shared that she sold all of her LV bags and she feels awesome about it. Her life priorities changed. I just want to make sure, that I invest my money into something what is truly meaningful and it is not only a moneygrab from LV and their "discontinuing" tactic makes us to grab every bag we do not want to miss out...After 2 years the value will be who knows how high or low..How do you feel about it? (Reverse is from Fashionphile, and is going back!)

Everyone has to evaluate their goals and priorities and make their own decisions accordingly. A Youtuber's decision (or anyone else's) to sell all of their bags has no influence on my purchase decisions. In my case, there are certain static priorities (i.e. additional retirement savings, my home, etc. ) which are PROTECTED and therefore aren't impacted by my other indulgencies (i.e. bags). I do try to balance my indulgent spending, to the degree that if I'm spending more money on bags, I reduce spending in other areas. Purchases (of any nature) should be to use and enjoy, not for the purpose of "trying to keep up with the Jones', be the first to get "it", or don't want to miss out". If you are purchasing for any of those reasons, perhaps you should consider re-evaluating your priorities and spending habits. Financial investments (outside of bags, which may or may not retain their value) is a wise decision and in my opinion of a lot greater value than purchasing a luxury bag. If I didn't own my own home and have a "solid retirement plan" in place, I wouldn't consider spending a penny on a luxury bag.
You should do what makes you happy!! How much did you pay for the reverse at FP? I'm trying to get one on the LV website but keep missing them so worried/thinking I may have to go the resale route...

No. That was a feature on the old model. They do not alter their pieces under any circumstances.
