That gives me hope! I just put my name on the wait list today and was told it there was no telling how long it would be. I am prepared to wait as long as I need to for this beauty!

I can finally join this club!!!! It's actually a funny story how I acquired one finally!
My Husband and I were in Paris last week (my first time in Europe!!) and all I wanted was to purchase the Metis there! I went to literally 7 stores in the Paris area and all were sold out. We were staying in Saint Germaine and the SA told me to call every morning and she would let me know what came in with the shipments. I have been recently chatting with a lovely and wonderful tpf'er and told her what was going on... she called French Customer Service for me and they said no Metis's will come into the stores until sometime in June. So I decided to get the Keepall 50 since that has always been a wishlist item for me. We land back home in the states and decide to pop into our local store the next morning to have the luggage tag heat stamped since I knew my SA was working and it was a Monday morning and knew it wouldn't be busy. She asked how Paris was and if I found a Metis, I told her the story and she said funny we had a big order come in over the weekend and we might actually have one left, let me check. ( I told her I was looking for one but never put my name on a list since I had all intentions of getting in Paris). She opens the drawer and low and behold there is a Metis! The last one! Funny how things work out sometimes... had to travel all the way overseas and come back home just to be able to get one!!
Question for you ladies as well... I see a lot of you wrap scarfs (?) around the handle. What type of scarf are you using and how do you wrap it?!

Good on you! Same story with mine. I flew to Paris and was back here in the US on 13th of April without PM on my hands and got Alma BB instead and then I've decided to put my name in the wishlist for PM and was told that they don't have the ETA yet. On the 28th of Apr, my SA sent me a message that he got one!! [emoji4] Next day I picked up my lovely mono PM... [emoji173]️[emoji173]️[emoji173]️
My Husband and I stood in our LV store yesterday laughing for like 20 minutes! Couldn't believe we had to fly all the way to Paris to come back home and get one in our local store! So glad it worked out for you too!!

I wasn't sure if I'd like mine with a scarf so I bought a Coach pony tail scarf on Poshmark for like $15 to try it out. I actually do like the pop of color and protection (from my children mostly).
I may get a pre-loved Hermes Twilly or LV bandeau for it later but I'm okay with the Coach scarf right now. I may remove it if I get brave enough....That's what I was thinking... it looks fun with the pop of color! And maybe changing it seasonally! Is there a certain way you are supposed to wrap it?! So I am trying to authenticate the PM Noir I got on Tradesy and i noticed the hardware on the Noir was a pale yellow gold and the mono has more of a dark gold. Can someone who has both confirm if this is legit? I'm already sending it back to Tradesy but I'm curious.
I watched a youtube video for it and it is very simple! Tie a knot at one end, leaving the tail. Wrap around the handle and then tie at the other end, leaving a tail. If that makes no sense, just check out a tutorial and you'll get it super quick!
