Just a different perspective but my SA said to send mine in immediately. He said if I continue to use it with damaged glazing it could result in damaged canvas and then they can't fix anything. The glazing is the protection to the edges of the canvas.

It made a lot of sense to me.

P.S. Does anyone know if the Empreinte PM is part of the permanent collection... or seasonal?

my SA said the emp. black and red were permanent to the line, and the marine and rose were seasonal

Definitely a happy time! I forgot to share a picture of my P Metis, my bad! I do want to say that I am in love with the PM. One thing I do want to mention is that the empriente leather makes the bag squishy? I'm constantly feeling up my bag because the leather is so yummy! haha I had my doubts about falling into the hype but once I was able to try it on and really use the bag, I really get why this bag is very loved by many! Enough of my excitement tho! :) IMG_8653.JPG
