I brought a pm few weeks ago. Unfortunately it was defective has problem with the lining . I took it back to the store to have the SA look at it. At the time they said they can either refund, exchange( but no pm was available) or ask the repair specialist if they can replace the lining. SA took the picture and told me they are going to inquire about the repair and would let me know what the repair people says.( she said it will take a week) She asked me to leave the purse( still brand new never used) at the store to wait for the answer from the repair people. So I did and was told she wouldn't send the purse off before she tells me what the repair guy says. I didn't hear from her for a week, mainwhile one of my stores got a pm in. So I went ahead brought it and told her that don't bother to ask about the repair for the pm, I would like to just get a refund. At that point she said the purse has already been sent it to the repair people. I was upset that she didn't let me know before sent it out as she promised. I also have no idea how long the repair going to take. I asked for a refund since I found a brand new pm. She said she will ask the manager and get back to me. Do you guys think they will refund me or force me to take the brand new repaired pm when it comes back?i am so upset about this whole situation. Any feedback or opinion is greatly appreciated. TIA
They should refund you since you brought in back unused and within the refund time frame.
 
I purchased the reverse pm in December and have only used it a few times, and noticed it's already starting to have glazing problems on one side. I baby my bags, so I was surprised the glazing was peeling. My SA suggests I continue using it until it gets worse. I love it, but am sad it's already having issues. I knew mono pm's had this issue, but hoped mine wouldn't. Keep an eye on yours...

IMG_2702.JPG I paid full for the bag last Wednesday and my SA called that it's in boutique on Saturday. I was surprised as she told me I might have to wait a month. Here is my baby, collected on Monday and have been using everyday. However the middle seems sunk in. Does it happens to yours? I'm 1.6m btw.

I have the infrarouge, mine does sink a very slight bit in the middle, but it doesn't bother me. If you keep it upright when setting it down that might help it retain a flatter bottom. Yours might sink slightly more than canvas since it is a softer material. You might even be able to put a piece of flat plastic or cardboard (like they use in chameleon inserts/bag inserts) to keep the bottom more straight and flat.

If that were me in my country and they didnt refund i would complain to the competitive consumer Commission (essentially a ombudsman/judicial for consumer law) because the product was faulty you are entitled to a refund . They should have contacted you before sending it back however that is their problem and they have to issue a refund if you request it as you did not confirm to them to send the bag away i.e. you did not agree to repair you requested replacement which they did not have . Im not sure of the consumer law in your country but i know that is how it would be in AU.

Hey all, I just joined the Pochette Metis club not too long ago and am SO in love. The purse is so functional and roomy, yet light and sturdy enough to not have to baby at all. LV has been wooing me lately with their infrarouge mono and reverse mono, so as I was on the site a few days ago I noticed the reverse PS mini backpack available to place in cart so I swooped one (I noticed 2 were available to purchase when I checked out). The bag came today and is super cute. I do like it a lot, but I can't help but think perhaps the Pochette Metis in Reverse will be a more timeless classic that I won't get sick of a year or three down the road. I am usually not one to purchase two of the same bag in a different color because I like variety, but the PM is really a great bag (much more comfortable than a Chanel jumbo, and can fit more). I worry if I get another PM, I won't wear it as much simply due to the fact that I already have the PM in IR. If anyone has both reverse and infrarouge PM or a PS mini backpack and PM, I would love to hear your usage of both and how you like them.

Oh no :( I haven't had issues with mine yet but I've been giving it a break. I'll have to examine mine closely the next time I use it.
