Oh no that's a shame there isn't an LV store close to you... did you pick your PM up at the Saks LV or was it shipped to you? First I would call/email LV customer service and the Saks LV your photos/concerns of the bag, that way they could inform you on how to proceed best and whether you need to drop it off at your closest store (Saks LV?) or mail it, etc.

Especially the bubble/glazing on the front you mentioned... the shine and slight stiffness seems to be part of the bag (at least its the same for me), but the standing up on it's own could maybe vary. Personally I'd feel better just asking them if there was another one in stock closeby that I could compare mine to and possibly exchange for. And if not, I'd ask if they can inform me when one does come in. I'd keep following up until I heard back, especially within their return/exchange deadline. Don't be shy, it doesn't hurt to try! Good luck on what you choose to do, and hope it works out for you!

I live in the states, I will be in Paris in less than a month of 10 days and I would like to get it then. I will surely visit every LV store till I get my hands on the black one. I almost refuse to pay about $500 more for it here in the states. That's a whole wallet I could get! :biggrin:

Why don't you call the commercial center LV Paris. They will tell you in which store you will find it.

I live in the US well. I tried in Barcelona and no luck there. They didnt have it in any of the colors I wanted. They had a red one they ould show me but it had just been purchased. The SA there said she checked and sai inventory was low everywhere. So I didn't have my hopes up. Started to look at other bags I would could possibly bring myself to want. I walked in waited 10 mins (SUPER BUSY) and then I asked and she said, i think we do... and I almost screamed YES out loud! I waited patiently and did a happy dance as she went to get them.

She has my ipad, iPhone, multicartes and Clemence wallet. I intend to wear her out!!lol :biggrin::p This is one bag I wouldn't mind in multiple colors. I need to get the folding raybans..

Ahahahhahahah i will probably do this to my other bags, but not with this baby [emoji173] somehow i dont put too much trust with the stitching. Ive seen so many issues, but they didnt stop me [emoji28]
