I kept getting fobbed off by customer services that the PM empriente was being launched yet. I persisted and told them a few lucky people on Facebook have them. Finally a new lady called Maria couldn't have been more helpful. She took my name and placed me on a waitlist for the rose poudre saying it could be a month, tomorrow or even today. To my utter delight and surprise she phoned me back within an hour having located one! She was as excited as I was/am! It's arriving by the end of the eeek! I hope I love it!!
An SA in the Pittsburgh LV said they're just rumors. Stores should be receiving the Monogram PM in roughly 5 weeks. I put myself on a waitlist.
Awwww, i hope you get yours soon considering you have been waiting for so long and that you are such a loyal customer. LV should introduce a loyalty program to boost up waiting list lol. The customer service mentioned its equal distribution of bags across Australia but I dont know how valid that is. Just wouldn't make sense to send like 3 bags to Cairns versus 3 to sydney too right? Fingers cross they will arrive soon. I'm still waiting for mine too. Good luck!

I called directly (the number on the website) last week and got on the wait list (I wasn't given a time frame for arrival). Do you all think it is better for me to call a local SA and get on the wait list at the store? I've only been to my local store once (last week) to purchase as I tend to purchase when I am traveling in other locations (typically Vegas and London). So not if calling the local SA would get me something any faster. I've also never called LV directly to get on a wait list before, so I'm not sure how reliable that method is for a "first time caller". Thoughts?

So I don't know how feasible this is for you, but I popped into my local store as I was at the mall for other things (my usual OMG I RAN OUT OF FOUNDATION AND NEED TO GO TO SEPHORA STAT moment) and just looked at the various bags they had... that's when I asked the SAs there about the PM, they were well aware that it's in high demand, and said the waitlist was about 5 weeks and took my name and phone number. I think the facetime definitely helps, plus I was already in their system for previous purchases, but I'm sure if you called directly that would be fine too.
Yes....thinking dropping by to put the request in, in person...might be the thing to do. I had a pretty decent size purchase there last week with that SA and followed some of his recommendations as part of that purchase....so maybe associating name with the face again might do some good.
HELP Please!!! I finally found a PM reverse. But the lv mono at the back site is not lined up at all. Front looks pretty good. What do you guys think? Should I buy it??? My SA said someone will take it if I don't buy it. But I kept thinking for $2000 bag, it really should line up better than this. What should I do? HELP please!!!
Mine does not line up perfectly on the back as well but it doesn't bother me. I guess it's because I usually place my bag flat on a surface and not standing up.

I am ok with slightly off. This just seems really off though. I want it so bad. Anyone know if they are all made that way? I saw another one it was perfectly lined up at the back but the front was off a bit.
I guess I'm not really seeing anything wrong from the angle of the picture? I would rather have the front line up because everyone will see that. And if you inspect it and find no other major flaws like glazing issues or canvas cracking I would say go for it. But if it really bothers you then you might have to wait for another one to become available.
The canvas at the back needs to move towards left a little, so the mono gram at left and right side would be symatrical. That's what's bother me. I was told since it's limited edition item they will stop production next month. Not sure if it is true or not. I would wait for another one if I know for sure they will continue making it. Ugh
