A "make in France " Louis Vuitton bag is supposed to be better made than a same one was"made in USA"or "made in Spain"? Or it is just a personal thing about France? Cuz I have seen a lot here that people preferred MIF than other countries.

Since LV is a French company, many people prefer their bag to be MIF. Some believe that a MIF bag will get a higher price on resale than one made in the US or Spain.

Just ordered my PM in empreinte noir and found out that over 100 people are also on the waitlist at my nearby boutique for this crossbody. Is this insane or what. [emoji30] It won't be coming until April and with a wait list this long it'll probably be a year [emoji22][emoji22][emoji22].

How much is the Empreinte PM going to be? Do you have any pics of how it will look? [emoji7]

Misaligned reverse print was on an angle. And S lock wasny centered in the flower monograms. But im not fussed anymore based on everyone elses experiences and their bags im accepting those minor flaws as is. I was comparing the bag to my mono canvas which had a perfect centered s lock and straight canvas. For the fact reverse is limited edition and highly sought after i decided to keep the bag
Ah ok, it took me a while to kinda see what you meant. In my novice opinion its not terrible at all lol, very beautiful bag! Thank you for explaining the photos. I'm patiently waiting for the emp metis and this thread has been so helpful in building a check list!

I think when you have used it for a week or so, get use to it. The flaws and niggles become less amplified as unlike when we 1st get the bag. I just ended up embracing and loving the bag unconditionally. I'm going too keep this bag forever!. This bag was a real life changer for me on a personal level so to speak and serves to remind me of this. It's really made me appreciate the beauty of imperfections. Its ok that something is a bit worn out or battered or flawed. It just shows authencity, integrity and honesty we are all in some ways imperfectly perfect. I'm so much more a better person inside for not seeking absolute perfection like I did before. As I feel this learnt behaviour was having a negative impact in other areas of my life. Like i would get a bit unhappy over little things that weren't neat or tidy, shiny, or something that was a slightly a odd shape. I don't think I was loving and using my things properly for what they were, just instead adoring and admiring it's beauty and not letting it suffer or get any imperfections. My seeking perfection was just making me paranoid and neurotic and more unhappy. This bag really changed my mind set for the better. I took it on holiday, it's been extremely robust. In a crowded busy city of hong kong it's been knocked and bumped around a lot. It even got trapped on a train door for a few seconds. It survived it didn't fall apart. I just love her. Sorry for my ramble. Enjoy your bag
