Yes, this seems to be a problem on all PM's. That loop is pretty much useless!

I have just rung LV to advise about the faults on my reverse bag (loose strap loop, misaligned canvas and mark on canvas). They are arranging a collection and refund but I have been told I cannot reorder the bag as I have returned it twice for faults. I cannot try a third time as they say it will not meet my high expectations. I cannot believe this. Be warned people.

Unboxed mine. I really love it so much. It is so beautiful in real life. Much more than I expected. It's pretty much perfect. So feel quite lucky about that. The only flaw which I can live with is some glazing that's been slightly over brushed on the edge on the bottom side (back of bag) so there's a bit of glaze on the canvas but it's really hard to tell. Plus also my loop on strap is loose but I can live with it as it does stay up, if placed further up. It's no deal breaker for me as the rest of the bag is pretty perfect. Can't wait to use it.

Thanks, I hope you are able to find another bag you will love and not have any more quality issues it's disheartening especially when it's such a expensive investment.

I really love mine although it´s also not perfect, but I can live with some tiny flaws .

Wow, bummer [emoji54] I feel sorry for you having gained such a bad experience... Paying such a huge amount means your bag HAS to be PERFECT to me!

I also ended up returning mine that I picked up on Monday (due to common flaws as others had mentioned) and purchased another one online. I just received notification that it has just shipped. If this bag comes in with the same flaws, I also don't think I will try a third time. I either have to return it or just to live with the flaws.....

I think that's a very good choice. It's very stylish, I like the tri colour combination LV are coming out with.

I think it's the right thing to do. You have to be 100% happy. I was happy with the monogram placement, thick glazing, stitching and the strap monogram being centred. S lock working nicely. I just didn't want to risk getting another bag that had worser flaws than a bit of glazing over brushed on the edge. It was a happy compromise.

Don't you think it's bad that we have to put up with flaws? I know nothing is a 100 % perfect. Why produce a strap where the second loop is slack. It's not fit for purpose. Not good on a bag that is mega money. It's almost like the design is too complicated with so many issues.

This is the first bag I've had in a VERY long time that I literally cannot change out of. It's such a great bag to use, and super chic. I just love the reverse monogram on this bag--and it's so nice to be vachetta free! I'm so excited to be joining this club. I had no idea there were issues with this bag when I bought it last week bc it was so random! I just happened to see it at the boutique and fall in love. I didn't have time to do my research beforehand like I always do before buying a bag. Maybe that worked in my favor this time bc I probably wouldn't have pursued it had I done research. Lol. Anyway, so far so good for me--fingers are crossed I don't end up with any issues.
