Oh I see. I'm sorry I don't know where the tag would be located, I'm assuming if it doesn't state the origin in the vachetta tab it was made in the US . I know someone will help.Here's the pic.
I found a tag attached to microfiber lining that says made in usa of imported goods. I wanted a made in france or italy but they just told me it will take three weeks, I'm disappointed in the quality. the lining looks like a blind person did the sewing.

Glad you found it! Aww really?! I never bothered to look at mine, if you're within the time frame, would you exchange it? Or just wait for a MIF ? It's crazy because before all the hype started with the pm, all of them were MIF, now I hear they're being made in the us and Spain. I don't have any problem with that but I wonder if they did that just to meet the demand. Has anyone received a MIF pm that was made recently ?
My PM was made the last week of March and it's MIF. My bag was transferred in from another LV boutique.
This is my second pochette metis my first one was made in france and I wish this one was also just not in the mood to wait. I just not a fan of buying LV made in the usa.
I completely agree with you! This is my second PM too (not by choice). I don't mind buying and supporting Made in the USA products but if you're a French luxury brand then dangit my bag better come from there! To each his own
I haven't been on this board for awhile. My PM had been in storage and after consistently carrying for the last month the glazing is coming off where the flap connects to the back of the bag. My understanding by reading things hear and on FB that this is a common problem. I am curious to know what/how LV handled your issues. I have heard that some people have had their bag repaired, received replacement PM and others got store credit. Did your replacement bag have issues? I don't live near an LV store so I just mailed it today to the nearest store to inspect. I am so disappointed in this situation as the Customer Service rep said it can take 4-6 weeks to do the repair.
Insult to injury I had just been in SanFran purchasing a Speedy B25 and didn't notice the PM glazing issue until I was on my way home. My Speedy B is being shipped to my home (free and no taxes)....I bought it May 28 and still no tracking number for my new bag and my PM is gone as well. I am so sad!!

Congrats! Lucky to have gotten a MIF piece. Was it difficult for you to find MIF over MIU? Do you live in North America?
I live in Australia. I was originally told it was a 3-4 month wait list but I put down a full deposit and it came within 2 weeks. I think we only get MIF or MIS pieces in Australia
