Hi ladies! Does anyone know exactly when this beautiful bag will be discontinued? I am planning my next purchase in August and this bag is one of two bags I am considering.
I called LV couple days ago and was told that there were only 20 bags available in the US but none of them in my area.

Oh no, it is not discontinued at all. In fact a lot more of them hit every store since last week. I just ordered mine from Saks. And they will ship to me. Dont you.want to order from other store & have it ship to you?

Actually I am waiting for the tax free weekend here in MA in August to purchase a bag. After a lot of reading I fell in love with this cutie. I didn't go to the boutique since they told me they didn't have it in store.
I hope it will be still available in August. Thank you for the explanation.

I'd call them one or two weeks prior to the tax free weekend in order to ensure that they have one for you ready. It's highly unlikely that they will have a bag in your store at this exact weekeend, espcially because it's a tax free weekend.

Thanks! I'll do that. Hope they will save one for me. What about online? I just went to the website and the bag is now available. It changes every day with this bag LOL

I've had my 2016 PM since February and only use her on the weekends(and not even every weekend). I see the corners of the glazing under the flap starting to crack. I think its inevitable with this bag from opening and closing the flap. The question is what will happen once the cracking becomes more severe. Will the canvas become cracked as well?

Im sorry to hear that, you only had your bag for a few months! Iwould take it into the boutique. Yes, after the glazing cracks and the canvas is exposed, over time it will tear.
