Yes, you can return/exchange your online order in store. I hope you get one in pristine condition! I looked at mine with the flashlight on my phone just to make sure nothing was faulty like the glazing. I will share that the metal rings on the side were turning black and rubbing on to the side vachetta. Luckily I cleaned off the black on the rings and it came off of the vachetta. This seems like a similar issue that the Galliera bag had a few years ago. So, I would keep an eye out for that down the road when you have your bag. I also saw a pic of someone's PM with the black on their side vachetta pieces too. I'm pretty sure it has to do with the metal rings. Despite all of this, the most important thing is to enjoy your bag

I dropped by the palo alto store earlier and they had a pochette metis on display. That surprised me because i thought it was hard to find. Apparently it was someone's order who never picked it up so if anyone wants it, might be a good time to call that store [emoji4]

I have had mine for a month now and I love it more than I expected I would. The compartments and the size are perfect. This bag is worth the wait and the price.
Is the metal clasp two different shades of gold (the triangular piece and the square piece) or is it just the picture? About a year ago I returned one to LV that the clasp was two different shades of gold and I finally got a new one that was perfect at the end of 2015.
