Hey Guys. I'm new to this thread.
Just thought I'd let you know that I ordered the pochette Metis online on the UK website last week!
I refreshed the website the whole day but it kept saying sold out. I tried my luck at 1am and to my surprise it said 'add to cart' and so I did and went through payment etc and Voila - it said order confirmed!
The next day I got an email saying - it has been shipped and 2 days later it arrived at my door :) No problem what so ever such a simple process. When I spoke to the advisors over the phone to double check if my order had actually been confirmed - they were surprised at my luck!!
However a couple of days ago I tried again - refreshed the website a couple of times and once again it said added to cart.
So hope this helps and maybe you guys can try that method...
I literally got it within 3 days! :) :) :)

Please try refreshing the UK website throughout the day. That's what I did and got mine within 3 days.
Every so often I keep trying it again to see if it was just my luck or will it be available again for others.
And it worked again. So please try that!

Every so often I keep trying it again to see if it was just my luck or will it be available again for others.
And it worked again. So please try that!

Hi all, just wanted to share some info for anyone on the waiting list, I contacted client services via online chat and was informed that although my name was taken that did not mean I would get a bag. The Rep told me to call and give my name and credit info to place reservation for bag, that was Wednesday just received email that order was in preparation. Just wanted to let any ladies whom may be waiting on that call like I was that this is now the procedure, I guess?
 
So after unsuccessfully placing an "available" PM in my online cart, I called their 1-800 number and spoke to a very nice SA. She said it was probably a PM showing available, but for the next person on the waitlist, hence it quickly showing out of stock again as it was most likely fulfilled for that person.

She was super helpful and explained that there are about 340+ people on the waitlist throughout all the stores in the world. And the wait right now is about 3-4 weeks. Not too bad, I guess, considering all the ladies waiting for this sought out purse. I gave in and put my name on the waitlist. Good luck to everyone else waiting! Hopefully we'll soon get our PMs!

I was just in the LV store on my lunch break and the SA there said that the Waitlist was around 700 people for the U.S.....not sure if that's true since I heard it was around 400. I guess she felt like sharing that with me since I had my PM on. I hope our tPF ladies get their PM soon!

So this is My story
I called client services today I was a bit annoyed & asked them to explain why it has taken them 3 months & no sign of the bag & others have had theirs within a month! She just apologised & said it could take another 3 months! I was annoyed put the phone down & that was that!
Fast forward an hour later if that she calls me back to take payment as she has by magic located a bag & if i pay now it will be here on Tuesday next week!
& guess what i did of course i paid for it & now im looking forward to receiving the bag finally!!
Should have had a go at them weeks ago hehe!
Oh well done now & I can finally join the club woo hoo cant wait yay x x [emoji8][emoji8]

I was just notified today that mine is preparing to ship! I'm actually nervous that it's someone's return that has a defect (I may be a tiny bit paranoid[emoji51])... If I order online can I return in store?

Oh, my! You've been waiting for 3 months? [emoji15] Goodness, I had no idea how long people are waiting for this bag. Which country are you located in, may I ask?

I'm glad you called and the SA was able to find one for you!
