This bag I absolutely love…it took me ages to find..I was literally online everyday all
Morning , afternoon and evening hitting the refresh button till…bang I got one!!!!! I got mine just before the lockdown, so wasn’t able to wear it that much till now

I've always admired the bag from afar but didnt purchase it because I thought the clasp is fussy to use. I got the empriente noir when I was in paris in Jan (I wasn't even planning to look at this, I was looking at the petite malle souple in empriente noir and the SA showed me the noir PM at the same time, & my husband said this looks like what I will wear more)
Wore it for the rest of my trip and it was soo easy to use that I decided I wanted a canvas version too. I always preferred the reverse monogram on the PM among the various prints but i must say the empriente leather is ❤
It was a pain to look for the canvas version !! Took me 3 countries & rejected 2 bags due to imperfections to find it !
And this is my 1st empirente leather bag so I'm very happy!

Do you think you could get away with wearing the PM in Noir during the evening? I recently purchased it and I am on ban island, but wondering whether it would be acceptable to wear it out for dinner?
Maybe not for something really elegant, but certainly for a "nice" dinner. Maybe remove the crossbody strap?
I think so you could use a chunky gold strap which makes it shorter.
Anyone own Reverse AND mono? I have both along with black empriente and I feel like I should sell the mono but worried I'll regret it.
Exactly — I love wearing my Empreinte PMs with a gold chain like this.

I use my shorter strap from my MPA (I have the PM and MPA in black empreinte leather) and interchange the shorter strap when I want a more dressy look. I'm sure you can get a similar strap from Etsy or some other site. Alternatively, you could use it as a hand-held.
