Looks like a sanitizer stain that has been removed, maybe the top coat rubbed off a little as well. I would try to look at another bag. You could try to wipe it off with baby wipes first, maybe its not permanent.

It’s still there after I wiped it with baby wipe. I ordered through digital concierge since nothing near me. So I’ll have to contact them.

I would exchange it, a new bag should not have a mark like that on the canvas.
It looks a little dehydrated, and some of the canvas is rubbed off.
This is yet another thing to look for when you buy a bag in corona times. LV employees and customers use a lot of sanitizers, and it can leave marks on the leather and the vachetta. Thats probably what happened to your bag, someone may have tried to remove the stain, but also removed some of the top coat as well. You have a great eye for detail though, many would not even notice.
thank you I saw it right away like a little discolored area. I tried to ignore it but I can’t. I wanted to see if anyone else could see it so I know I’m not overreacting. Thank you for the help
