Which one is the 16mm strap? Ive never heard of it and am curious ..maybe I should get one too
What’s the typical response time for customer service to get back to you? I had spoken to someone last week about my PM and they asked me to send photos and have not heard back.
For a repair? I think it depends. Sometimes I have gotten replies back within a day or two and sometimes it has been over a week.

I emailed CS and it took 1-2 days for a reply. They told me to email my nearest store directly and gave me a selection of stores I could talk to and their reply was about the same, no more than 2 days.
Soo here they are! I snagged two online and one will go back. Here are a few pictures to compare. One thing I didn't realize is that hardware one empreinte is rich golden and on reverse it's toned gold. Looks kind of off when comparing to clasp (same toned gold on both). One thing I love about empreinte is that interior is not black, and one thing I love about reverse is that I can add additional monogram strap, black strap or even gold chain?. On empreinte I really would only feel comfortable with additional gold one as there is no monogram color on it. What do You guys think?

There are a few straps that could work with the black - doesn't have to be LV but below could work to give it some pop
