Hi everyone! I put the protectors (that I bought at the handbag haven) on the hardware of my pm. I’m not sure now if they can damage the hardware after a while when they come off?!?! Can someone help me? Any advices? Thank you!

I'm deciding if I should leave the plastic on the s lock and if I should order apple guard or something similar
to protect the leather. Will LV honour the warranty if the leather has been sprayed? I did see a review where someone left the plastic on and it damaged the plate. Oh, to live with scratches and water spots or try to avoid that! I did own a Turenne but did put her by a window in the sun for a week and then wiped down the leather with non alcohol fragrance free baby wipes...didn't get any dirt or water marks. I ended up selling that bag but at least she was in great condition!

This is my first lv bag and it is pm. Not sure how to look out for glazing issue which is common in this bag and will like some advice! Is it normal for the bottom of the bag to be like this and there is one white spot circled on the top of the bag.

For those of you who have the newer empreinte leather version of the PM, have you had any glazing issues and if so, how bad? I have a monogram PM that I purchased in 2015 that has had really bad glazing problems and after speaking with the LV Care Service group, they have confirmed that I can exchange my PM for a new one or another bag of my choice. While I've loved my monogram PM, I'm considering paying the difference to get the empreinte version, but I'm weary since it also may have glazing issues in the future. Any insight anyone can give would be appreciated. TIA!

I got a black empreinte PM in January and I think it‘s softer than Canvas and not so much prone to cracking issues.

To me, everything looks good. At the last picture, it rather looks to me like some glue remains rather than peeling canvas. I also do not see any glazing issues.

New to this forum. Need expert help! I’m wanting to purchase a monogram pochette metis in Canada. I emailed LV online to ask about when bag may become available. They responded with basically NEVER and we won’t even add you to a waiting list. Is it discontinued? Is it due to COVID and slow down in production? Aaagh. How are you all finding your bags? I’m in Vancouver. Thanks!

I have four PM in empreinte leather (Vison, Noir, Cherry Berry, Tourterelle) and have not had any glazing issues. All have been purchased within the last 1.5 years.
