I haven't. It's such a small bag I can only imagine it would take up 1/2 the available space. I've never lost anything in there because the space is small enough that everything is neatly packed. For me, it only fits my ZPC, keys (in a non-LV pouch), AirPods, and cles (hair accessories & lipstick).
I see, makes sense that an organizer wouldn't really be needed with such a small bag!
I've some used PAs where the base sags considerably (whereas it has a more structured look when it's new). I know they make base shapers for the chanel WOC to prevent the bottom from sagging on that bag (basically like a hard piece of cardboard that goes on the bottom)

Does anyone know of an equivalent for the LV pouchette accessiore?
How long did it take for you to get your bag back? I am wanting to get my tag replaced too as it’s starting to tear but don’t know how long it’ll take to return.
How long is the strap length of the new pochette? I know the strap drop is 9". How long is the length? (Too lazy to do the geometry calculation

The limited edition Fischer Pochette 2021 and the limited edition Stephen Sprouse Roses 2008. Roses was about 1/3 price of Fischer when I bought in 2008. 
Does anyone have mod shots of clipping the mini PA to a PA a la multi PA hack? Is this frowned upon?
I was just trying it out and have never actually worn it out like this. I had planned to but had nothing to put in the mini so I just didn’t bother. I say, do what makes you happy. They’re your bags.

Thank you for sharing! I don’t have the additional clips but appreciate the encouragement. I think I would use the mini PA to hold makeup and sanitizer..but it’s not necessary. I can live with just lipgloss and mini sanitizer.
You’re welcome! If you change your mind the clips and ring are pretty cheap and easy to find. I bought mine from eBay.

Excited to say I just received my first PA in monogram. Placed an order through LV concierge and received it less than a week later.
It was othat it came with the strap attached (assuming it’s a return but not bothered by it).
I noticed the zipper does not match the hardware on the clasps. The zipper is dull and seems to have what it looks like to be scratches. I don’t think these scratches were caused by use but maybe naturally this way.
Any thoughts on this?

I would say that’s pretty normal for the mono PA‘s. The PA’s in DA have all shiny HW, and the mono versions have the wonky dull zipper (kind of like the speedys in DE).
My new to me PA - have used this daily for a week so far.
