Hi all!
I have been bitten by the LV bug this past year and have scored quite a few unicorns! I was able to get a PA in Mono towards the end of 2020 and just got a PA in DA made the 3rd week of 2021!
I do not have ANY other doubles in my collection as I said that I would not get the same bag or item in different prints / colors. BUT the PA's are so versatile.
When unboxing and comparing my DA to Mono PA I noticed the DA is actually bigger, not by a lot but it does help the zipper remain straight when packing the bag. I was wondering if anyone else has both NM versions and has the sizing difference. Is my DA weirdly big? Is my Mono weirdly small? Please take a look at the pics below and let me know your thoughts!
The biggest difference is the tapering of the sides, the Mono is much narrower at the top!

I would keep it. Not a major problem and I'm sure it took a lot of stalking to get it.
Yes, it sure did take some time to find it. It is otherwise beautiful, made in France and I absolutely love it. But when I saw that the alignment on top is a bit off, I was bummed..
The trouble is you could end up with something worse. There are a lot of examples on TPF, bad zippers, cuts in the canvas, etc.
Yes, you're right. I wish the items we buy would always be perfect... I guess I'll just keep it. Thank you for your reply.
I know this was months ago, and I hope you’re loving your bag! If you’re still stuffing your bag, have you thought about getting an organizer to put inside it? I have a few from SAMORGA and they help keep the shape of my bag— I leave it in when I use it and then I store it. It keeps the shape nicely! XxSo, I called customer service to ask about exchange, but of course it’s never available and only return was possible. I sent them the pics and they returned to me next day saying that this is not considered a defect, since every bag is made by hand and is unique, but they have no problem with me returning it if I’m not happy.
I stuffed the bag overnight and now the sides don’t look concave anymore, so I guess I’m keeping it.
Interesting thing that even though the bag was produced last week (so definitely not a return) it came with the shoulder strap already attached.

Hi - I just got a new PA in Monogram. And I have had very good luck with Samorga, too. I did not think that I would need an organizer for a smaller bag. But after reading your note, I will check out what is available.

I finally got a Mono PA (with no cuts on the canvas) and I am in love. I purchased a vachetta strap from Amazon and a purse organizer from Etsy. It carries all my essentials perfectly.
