So excited that I bought my first PA in DA today! I bought the Clemence wallet in DE/ballerine rose on Sunday, so I thought I’d put my name on a waiting list for the PA in either Mono or DA. Amazingly enough, I got a phone call on Tuesday that it was in stock and they were holding it for me! I’m a newbie to LV, but I’m loving it so far! My next piece will be a Neverfull...not sure which print, either Mono or DE.

Hi everyone just bought my pochette accessoires two weeks ago and today I noticed cracks in the canvas. Seems as if it was pulled from the stitching. Anyone’s look like this? Any recommendations? I love this bag

I noticed something like that on my Clemence wallet, and the SA said it was due to the stitching. I just don’t understand how issues like this can now start coming up in 2018 when stitching has been on bags probably since the first one ever made!

Hey everyone, just a quick question about the pochette voyage mm in eclipse. When I first got it, it did stand up by itself. Then one hot day driving in the car with my windows down instead of turning on the AC and now the base seems soft. I can't recall if it was always like that or not. I've watched review videos and it said it should be firm like there's a piece of cardboard, as you can see mine clearly is the opposite of firm haha. Is it supposed to soften up over time or did I mess it up by the heat?

Have you brought it into LV? If so what did they say? I’m curious because I just bought one and in one spot I can see the stitching and hole from it so I am nervous of this happening as well.
