I was lucky to finally get the DE Pochette last year after stalking the site. I'm now looking to get the DA but no luck so far. I called yesterday and was told it will be 6 weeks until more will be in stock. She also checked and said no stores in the entire US have the bag. :/ Bummer.

Hey ladies, I purchased my DE pochette last year during the holidays and wanted to use due to raining weather in my city, but noticed the zipper gets wavy and distorted. Things inside (ZCP, phone, keys, lip gloss, pack of tissues) so I place the same items in my mono pochette and zipper does not get crazy. I think my DE pochette has something wrong with it. Sent picks to my SA, she’s waiting on response from the stores repair specialist. Im a little bummed because I dont think the DE pochette is in production anymore. Just wanted to share if anyone else has had this issue, will post the outcome hope its positive

Are the items arranged the same in both? And both are the NM? If so then I'd just assume that the dimensions may be slightly different between the two or perhaps the stiffness of the mono vs DE canvas might not be the same and so these differences may cause the DE one to warp whereas the mono holds its shape better. In either case I wouldn't really consider it a defect but it is unfortunate. To be honest I find it hard to fit a lot in my DE PA without the zipper warping despite everyone's claims of "it can fit so much!" lol.

Yes, items are arranged the same in both bags. The DE is the new model, I had the DE NM when it first released but sold that one and that bags zipper didnt do this. I totally get what your saying and appreciate the input. I just dont like the way the zipper looks, with the few items I have in it. : )

I finally called the 1800 number this afternoon......the CS rep said there was ONE DA pouchette available in the US. She put me on hold, called the store and was told it was sold earlier in the afternoon. She then offered to do a preorder for the bag, which I did. She said the bag should ship in 2 to 3 weeks. Haven't received my email confirmation yet, but she did give me the order number. Fingers crossed. :smile:
