20161214_100333_kl.jpg Hello everybody here! I'am deeply disappointed about the loss of the gold colored plating. As you can see in the picture it is completely gone. My Pochette is 2 years old now and I did not used her very often. Did someone noticed that too? The SA at LV told me it's normal, because the plating is extremely thin. :hrmm: Can't believe this...TIA

I am looking to purchase a DE "pochette accessoires NM" from the LV boutique during my upcoming trip to NYC, but I have heard that the canvas used for the "pochette accessoires NM" is quite a bit thinner than the canvas used for the (old model) pochette accessoires, is that true? And if yes, is the "pochette accessoires NM" still worth purchasing? Input and advice are greatly appreciated

Also, does anyone know if the LV boutique, located on 5th avenue in NYC, lets the customers who purchase a pochette accessoires keep the barcode tag [of that] pochette accessoires, upon the request of the customers? Or are the barcode tags included automatically when making a purchase from the LV boutiques in NYC? Please help, thanks in advance

I have recently become addicted to small cross body bags and have the Favorite MM in DE and Monogram Eva. I was seriously considering a second Favorite in Monogram but I think I may go for the mono pochette accessories - seeing it with the Eva strap gives it so much more functionality! I ordered a DE Eva strap and have the mono strap from my own Eva so I'll be set...just have to wait for my quarterly bonus :graucho: Thanks for all the great pics and modeling shots with the strap!

Have you ever considered a DA Pochette Accessoire? As you already have the Eva in Monogram a PA Mono is quite similar in size and pattern. I bought a DA PA and loved using it since then [emoji177] Plus you could use your Eva strap to go crossbody and use the extra DE strap on your Monogram Eva to be "rain proof" instead [emoji8]

Dawn, were you able to order the Eva strap online, or from a store? And how much did it cost? I don't have the Eva bag, but would love to buy just the strap if possible

I called the 1-800 number and they put me through to my local store where I had purchased by Speedy B and Favorite. I didn't have an Eva in the system but they didn't ask when I asked to order the DE replacement strap. The store had to request it from repairs in Paris (I believe) so it took a while to come in and I had to keep calling to check on it. It was $120  The SA also sent it to me with the LV dustbag and cute little orange box which I wasn't expecting.

You know, I did think about it but I'm so scared of color transfer on the DA and my tendency to not baby my stuff. I also have two kids under 6 who are not easy on my stuff. haha. I may have to check it out just in case. :smile1:

I can understand that perfectly [emoji8] And you know, there'll still be a PA in DA when your little ones are slightly older [emoji4]

I only have a NM Pochette, and never had the older version, so can't speak to any difference in canvas. When I was researching before buying, I did find some You Tube videos comparing the two versions, so you might try a search. It's been a number of years since the New version was released (2012 I think)so if you do decide on the older model, it will have to be years old and from the preloved market. Other differences...the NM has a longer shoulder strap, a nice lining with a side pocket, and is slightly bigger. The longer shoulder strap was important to me, I wear this bag a lot as a shoulder bag.

As for quality, my NM Pochette is aces. Beautiful, high quality bag. Good luck!
