Who cares if lab grown diamonds do not hold their value. When you pay $3500 for a VS GH 2 ct Pandora lab grown diamond ring and a similar mined diamond ring costs over $20k. You will lose a lot more $ if you try to sell a mined diamond of the same size. I buy my rings to wear and enjoy them. If down the road I get tired of it, I can always get it reset and keep the recycling going. With lab diamonds you can have some fun with styles that are trendy and not have to worry.

I love their lab diamonds. I am saving up to get their gold bangle with a lab diamond. They have a lab diamond bracelet on sale that I was considering but I prefer bangles so though the price was very tempting I want to wait for what I really want.

Has anyone had issues with gold plated charms peeling off eventually? They have limited solid gold charm options in Australia so I am looking at plated but am worried about the eventual damage they will have.

I understood that the newer rose gold and gold rings were not plated but somehow a mix of metals, so that they do not wear off. I have had a few rose gold rings that have not worn off at all, after several years.

“Our unique metal blend consists of a mix of copper, silver and other metals to make it durable and long-lasting. In fact, almost all gold and rose-gold jewelry is mixed with other metals to make sure it stands the test of time.”

And like all jewelry, it is recommended that you do not wear any whilst bathing, whilst in bed or during sporting activities.

I can definitely confirm that their Pandora Rose line will stand up to wear and tear. I am not sure about their Pandora Shine yellow gold plated line though. I have a Pandora Shine bracelet and it has gotten very dull over the years of charms sliding over it.
