Have you ladies ever gotten charms from EBay? If so what did you look for to confirm they were real?
Hi there, I just purchased a charm on eBay today and asked the seller for a bunch of pictures. And then do research to ensure the "925 ale" stamp is in the correct area. My suggestion is to read the reviews about the seller. If there is even one negative report saying fake pandora, I wouldn't purchase from them. Yup. Even if it's one comment. Also, if they have a ton available, that's also (to me) a sign to question authenticity. Just my suggestions... Hope that helped

Good news! I took my bracelet in today and they replaced it right away. It didn't snap so much as the chain pulled right out of the clasp. They looked up my purchase using my phone number, and they could also tell it was newish since it was still a bit stiff. I received a new bracelet and a receipt with a two year warranty on it. I'm happy it was so easy, a good customer service experience, which is nice. :smile1:

Brilliant news! Enjoy your new bracelet :smile1: xx

Also, I wanted to share the picture from morapandora and charm addict'so blog posts on the Valentines collection... I can't wait for the heart clasp bracelet! I would also recommend signing up for their newsletters! They almost always have the inside scoop and upcoming promotions on Pandora!

I love that pink pave heart! Thank you for sharing!

I want the heart clasp bracelet but I dont need any more bracelets. Lol. there r quite a few things I want to buy from the valentines collection. I also want this two tone heart ring and the ring that says love on it.

I always use my pandora bracelet all the time, even in sleep and in the shower...i take it off though when washing my hair but put it back right away as soon as I go out the washroom..i take care not to put the body wash directly on the bracelet though and also my lotion...i move it around...i heard if you use your bracelet all the time it wont tarnish...its alright since I have just 2 clip charm so its not heavy enough to wet it..maybe if I had lots of charms and it is getting heavy I will think twice of using it while having a shower.

I wear my bracelet a lot like 4 or 5 days a week and put them in a tarnish proof pouch when im not wearing them and they still tarnish not as fast as my rings though. I leave my rings on when I wash my hands. I think the water/moisture in the air is what makes it tarnish faster.
It's suggested that you don't sleep with your bracelet on because if you had dangles on your bracelet it can get caught on you sheets and it can also cause unnecessary stress on parts of your bracelet depending on how you sleep.

Hi ladies! This is my first post and I'm excited to share my Pandora purchases from San Francisco and Petaluma, Ca! (This is my first purchase from Pandora ☺️)

I live in central California and we don't have an actual pandora store, just authorized jewelry dealers. So when my husband took me up to see family, I kinda went crazy! And hey had the amazing "spend $100 get a free charm" so I had to go with that!

I didn't get a bracelet; I'm holding out until the Valentine's collection releases on the 15th!
