I haven't posted in a while, mainly because I've been behaving and not purchasing any new charms since August. Well, Christmas came and DH and two of my boys helped me with my bracelet. New are the Midnight Effervescence Murano, White Looking Glass Murano, Forget-me-knot, a 3rd Floral Vintage gold spacer, and Autumn Bliss. Today I decided to keep them safe with the Raindrop safety chain.

That is such a lovely, elegant and symmetrical bracelet. It looks really neat and I love it. You must love wearing it. Would be great to see wrist shots. Wear in good health!

Thank you so much! I do enjoy it. :)

However, when I was putting it on last night before we went out for NYE, it snapped! Right at the clasp area, by the safety chain! I've only had it six months, and not sure where the receipt might be. I hope that they have record of my purchase in store or something. I've only had Pandora on it, so I'm hoping they can replace it, I can't imagine it can be repaired...

I have a 50 dollar giftcard I want to use at Pandora but I'm not sure what to get. I don't wanna spend any extra cash. Below is my bracelet now.

Question: Should I buy

- 40 dollar safety chain
- 1 charm under $50
- 2 $20 spacers
- save the giftcard til my Bday (Feb.16) and ask for another gift card so i can buy more?

I would do a safety chain or look into 2 basic clips

Oh no! I am so sorry to hear that. I have heard of this happening once before; another poster had the same happen to her last year and I think the break was in the same place too. The bracelet is definitely stil under the warranty if you have had it for a year only and the store should be able to trace your transaction and replace it. Good luck; let us know how you get on.

Hello, it was my bracelet that snapped last year. I must say that Pandora were fantastic about it. I had proof of purchase and they exchanged my bracelet immediately. They also gave me a two year warranty for the new bracelet (It is usually a year). My new bracelet has been fine so far xx

They should be able to look u up in the system as long as u filled out the warranty info. It is important to fill out everything, especially if u have a common name or if the S.A. cant read ur writing, that way they can look u up by email or phone number too.

I would wait till your birthday for another giftcard as you will have a lot more choice for, say, 100 dollars, unless you have your heart set on something that is within the current budget?

P.S. Maybe get some clips for your bracelet?
That's a hard decision! I would wait since your birthday isn't that far away and maybe you can get more than one charm. Very nice! I got my first pandora bracelet for Christmas from my husband with a Jeep charm, the moon & stars charm, 2 clips and safety chain. I love it and can't wait to add to it.

I would save the gift card till the bday to have more possibilities.

Remember not to compromise on what you choose. I wanted to have 4 clips, so I chose four amongst the cheapests, but later realized I didn't like them. I sold one, and am still trying to sell the other one, but I lost money in the process.

I was just thinking that because i was looking at cheaper ones. :D Thanks.

I can't decide! lol. I'm thinking I may go out this weekend and get one charm and keep the rest of the giftcard to add to another one on my Bday. Thanks for all the help girls. :D

Good news! I took my bracelet in today and they replaced it right away. It didn't snap so much as the chain pulled right out of the clasp. They looked up my purchase using my phone number, and they could also tell it was newish since it was still a bit stiff. I received a new bracelet and a receipt with a two year warranty on it. I'm happy it was so easy, a good customer service experience, which is nice. :smile1:

Hi ladies! This is my first post and I'm excited to share my Pandora purchases from San Francisco and Petaluma, Ca! (This is my first purchase from Pandora ☺️)

I live in central California and we don't have an actual pandora store, just authorized jewelry dealers. So when my husband took me up to see family, I kinda went crazy! And hey had the amazing "spend $100 get a free charm" so I had to go with that!

I didn't get a bracelet; I'm holding out until the Valentine's collection releases on the 15th!

Also, I wanted to share the picture from morapandora and charm addict'so blog posts on the Valentines collection... I can't wait for the heart clasp bracelet! I would also recommend signing up for their newsletters! They almost always have the inside scoop and upcoming promotions on Pandora!
