I think you need to send them a very strongly worded email giving them a deadline to refund you!
Probably also add something like if they don't action on it to your satisfaction, you will broadcast this on all social media channels and wouldn't recommend them to any of your friends. Somethig like that.
Plus I think cos they have apologised in writing/email so many times means they have admitted liability so there's no way they can legally back out from not refunding you. Threatening letter and and negative feedbacks as pandorarose and daisy w says might do the trick

I notice that there are some clips on your bangle. I didn't know bangles take clips too. I have seen your bracelet pictures many times but didn't think about the clips element before.
Ladies, do any of you have a Pandora necklace? I am thinking of getting one, but I am hesitating because I don't know if it is comfortable around the neck. Is it too heavy?

Yeah you can put clips on bangle have to put rubber C inserts that Pandora give you if you ask for them its free. You put the C insert onto any where you want the clip to be and then place the clip over it and close it as normal and it stops the clip from moving.
I know someone who I work with she has one and she doesn't have more than 12 beads on as she say gets too heavy (shes only petite though) especially with muranoes too. She normally has 5 beads. But ive also noticed that unlike bracelets can have different beads still looks nice, however with necklaces it seems to looks better having repeated beads for balance and symmetry. But thats just different taste no right and wrong.

I messaged the seller asking about the babushka charm and she said the one on my bracelet was fake
I agree with you. When you have something like Pandora, you wouldn't want to go for a fake or put a different brand on. There's nothing wrong with that, if that's what people want to do but the majority here are like us and wouldn't want anything but genuine Pandora on. We are the die hard fans. There are plenty of people who wear fakes but they don't cherish it and you can tell by the condition. We take good care of ours.
