Have you ordered from them before is this the first time?
Yes, and while they "sincerely apoloized" about 5 times nothing has been resolved.
Probably also add something like if they don't action on it to your satisfaction, you will broadcast this on all social media channels and wouldn't recommend them to any of your friends. Somethig like that.Yes, and while they "sincerely apoloized" about 5 times nothing has been resolved.

Ladies, do any of you have a Pandora necklace? I am thinking of getting one, but I am hesitating because I don't know if it is comfortable around the neck. Is it too heavy?
Unfortunately, there are no Pandora stores nearby for me to drop a visit and check for myself, so I am relying on your help.
I know someone who I work with she has one and she doesn't have more than 12 beads on as she say gets too heavy (shes only petite though) especially with muranoes too. She normally has 5 beads. But ive also noticed that unlike bracelets can have different beads still looks nice, however with necklaces it seems to looks better having repeated beads for balance and symmetry. But thats just different taste no right and wrong.
I've looked online and the charm on the right (not on your bracelet) is the real one. The green is on the right hand side.Did the babushka you got for your friend look like the one on the right? The one on the bracelet I got from the Pandora store, the added-in one (to the right) is from her shop. I messaged the seller asking about the babushka charm and she said the one on my bracelet was fake![]()
I agree with you. When you have something like Pandora, you wouldn't want to go for a fake or put a different brand on. There's nothing wrong with that, if that's what people want to do but the majority here are like us and wouldn't want anything but genuine Pandora on. We are the die hard fans. There are plenty of people who wear fakes but they don't cherish it and you can tell by the condition. We take good care of ours.I don't think it's vain to want something that is handcrafted and exceptional. I think many of the ladies here would agree that the detail and beauty of a Pandora charm is what makes it so special. It is also what makes it so expensive. If I wanted something less than perfect, I would buy fakes or non-Pandora charms.
I'm also sad to say that not many of my friends collect Pandora, so they wouldn't know a real charm from a fake charm, hah.

That's shocking and disgusting! Have you rang them to ask about your refund?I can definitely relate to being miffed because some seller has basically stolen from you - I still don't have my refund from JFI should probably lose all hope for that! It's been 3 weeks!
You're right though,it's the principle of it all that makes me so livid over being taken advantage of.
