I just came back from the store since they were having a preview event for the spring collection. Surprisingly, they also had some pieces in from the summer collection, and more surprisingly, I actually LIKED a lot of the summer collection (I didn't like it when I saw pictures of it on-line but in person, it's so much more vibrant).
I picked up two charms while I was there for my bangle so now that piece is finally done. :)
Sounds like you had a productive trip t othe store. When you have a sec, please post a picture to let us see your pretty bangle bracelet.
 
It's been 10 days overall but yeah 8 working days (not including Sun) since they said they have dispatched. Now I have to wait 14 days. I re read their email to me and they said they will make up it up to me if the charm doesn't come. I just hope they still have that charm left when the 14 days is up! This is really bugging me. However this is the first time an order hasn't come. I bet some lucky sod down the road is wearing the tea cup charm! I wouldn't be surprised if the delivery man posted it to some other house!


Here are some clearer pic of my ring. I had to take them in the car as it would have been too dark by the time I got home.
The ring looks fabulous! Very eye catching. I am attempted now.:D
 
I will definitely post pictures when they arrive. I really am excited, I was thinking about buying two of them for a while now, I had seen them for half price somewhere, that is 85 euro each. Now I am so glad that I have been doubting for so long, because they don't come any cheaper than this, I am sure!



Wow, that is a lot of retired charms! Retired charms aren't appreciated enough where I live, they often are on sales. People just don't realize that they will become hard to find. Now that you mention this, I knew about the two tone letters, but the rest I really didn't know. Thanks for telling me this, I will cherish them even more now :hbeat:
Absolutely you should adore those retired charms as they are desirable but not easy to find any more. Personally they are the best two tones, no idea why Pandor decided to get rid of these lovely charms.
 
You sound like me. I was outside with my 2 year old in her stroller and the postman walked by and I was smiling like an idiot and he just keep on walking. Not even a thing and he must have been thinking I was checking him out or something like geez what is that crazy lady smiling about LOL

I'm seriously considering opening up a claim for my purchase on Jewel First on PayPal. I'm so disappointed :( I've never once has an issue with shopping online.

Anyway, tomorrow is March, which means the free bracelet promo is coming up! I'm so excited! I'm still stuck on the charms I want to get - I don't want to go too overboard!
 
While you ladies are waiting for your charms, I'm waiting for my refund from Jewel First. It's been 2 and a half weeks since I sent my order back. So annoying!

Oh no sorry to hear that. That's would put me off with JF too and having some dodgy stock plus the lack of customer service. I don't like businesses that like to take your money quickly then when there's comes a problem they a slow to act and you get flustered with the lack urgency they display in solving the issue. Did you send your charms back by registered post so they actually have to sign for it. So they don't make excuse that they didn't receive it.

I hope you get your charms from perlen today cos its seriously putting me off ordering from them tonight. You live Greece right? And Tabitha is in the UK I don't get how you both have waited over a week after dispatch email and still no charms. Is it a coincidence or they really messed up.

I have horrible luck and all of the printers were down when Iade my return, so everything was handle written at the desk at the post office. I honestly have never returned anything I've purchased online (and I've ordered A LOT over the years) so maybe I messed up somewhere. Expensive lesson to learn. I'm trying to work with the JF staff to resolve it.

That being said, they never provided me with a tracking number and I never signed for it. I could have just said I never got my order once I realized they had sent me defective merchandise. Here's to hoping karma is on my side.

I don't even expect a package now when I get home. I am just going to wait the 14 days then email them. If they refuse I will put a dispute in but I think they will send out again.
