So what exactly could someone do if they ordered from perlen with free shipping and never received their item? I'm sure I'll get my package in the next few days, but I'm curious as to why you say they're not allowed to uphold it? If their TOS states that they're not responsible for lost packages and they will not refund or resend any lost orders that were sent with free shipping, can't they just say "nope sorry" if you contact them about your lost package??
Isn't it like stores that have no refund policies? Kind of like their store, their rules?
